            I entered into a contract worth ENVIRO-Tech Exterior solutions on March 18, 2022. The contract was for building an awning over my back patio. I paid ***** dollars as per the quote ***************** gave me. I also paid him an additional 600.$ for pavers and materials for a additional project he was supposed to do. He never purchased those materials. It is paid for in full. The contract says it would take 3 days weather permitting. He has put off finishing the project for months. ***************** also told me in a text that he spent the money I gave him for materials and now cant afford to buy what is needed to finish. ************ has taken other jobs Instead of finishing mine stating that he needed the money and since I was already paid in full there was no incentive for him to work on the awning. I have had to continually ask through texting when he will be out to finish. ************ will tell me the day and then never show up time after time after time. *********** said he would be at my house this last Saturday, Sept 24, he did not show up and when I texted to ask why and if he was intending to come on Sunday, ************ wrote back that he is terminating the contract and I should do whatever I need to do. He has left the awning without the braces needed for stability as well as not securing the roof. The French drain is not in the correct place so water drips onto the grass Instead of the drain. He was supposed to install a 4x8 paver platform adjacent to the patio that he never started. *********** was supposed to sand and stain the wood of the awning and has not that that. *********** has left a large pile Of dirt on the side of the house he was supposed to haul away. I have talked with him many times about what it would take to get the project done. I even offered to pay more money but he said that wasnt necessary. *********** has now blocked my phone number leaving me with no choice but to ask BBB for help.
