They repo my car without any warning. Ive been on my payments for the past 6/7 months and one missed payment they took the car from me while I was at Work source trying to get another employment. I was devastated that someone stole the car the entire time they took it from me. I had to find it from the cops that it was repo. I called them and try to cooperate but the man on the phone claiming hes the boss and I need to pay **** for it to release. I dont deserve this and Im reaching out for any help .

    Hello,

Our records indicate the repossession that occurred was due to a missed payment arrangement on the past due account. We are always willing to make payment arrangements with our customers, but if those are not followed through on and we are getting no contact from the customer after numerous attempts, a repossession may occur.

If I could give a zero I would. My son didnt have the car a month before things started going wrong. It started with the heater not working he took back and they said it was but it wasnt. Then the brakes acted like they didnt want to brake but they said they couldnt find the issue and then finally the car just quit. I spoke with *** the manager who is by the way very disrespectful and tries to talk to you like youre dumb. If anyone wants to join me in doing a protest against this car lot please let me know. I came out the pocket too much money to pay on something that we cant even drive. Also *** was talking in circles talking about they drove the car to a certain area and nothing was wrong with the car to they still trying to figure out whats wrong with the car. I spoke with the lady from service and she told me there was some electrical issues so why would you want to put a customer back in a car with electrical issues? I think instead of thinking about the money all the time they should want to try and keep customers. Also I was asked if I wanted to do in house financing or run my credit. I told them in house and the next day I get an alert saying my credit was run after I specifically said not to run my credit. I asked them to call the credit bureau to have it removed and they told me it would come off I told them yea in 2 years. They havent called the credit bureau yet!!!! What goes around comes around and you just cant get over on people and think nothing is going to happen. Do right by your customers and business will be better for you in the long run!!!

We just purchased a car here with ******* down, test drove and it seemed to run fine, it actually ran good, got on the freeway and it kept ****** tottering to the right, and we got it home and took it to a mechanic to find out it was so rusted under the carriage that it may cost upwards of ******* to get it fixed, and the bolts could fall out at any moment while our 19 year old daughter is driving back and forth to work, I believe this company knew about the rust and under carriage. I am okay with as is, as long as it doesn't put our daughters life in jeopardy? This company should be put out of business!!!

I am sorry that our shop is currently booked out however a few options that are available to you are getting the car towed to our shop and if we have someone cancel an appointment which happens frequently then we could be able to get your vehicle in for a diagnostic and let you know what your vehicle is needing. You are also free to take your vehicle to anyone of the 500+ shops that are located in the south Puget Sound region. As for the structure of your deal with regards to the negative equity if you look at your paperwork you will notice that we gave you **** dollars for your vehicle with a blown motor which became worth scrap in the amount of 300 dollars. And you owed **** on the vehicle you were trading in at that time. If we would have given you Actual Cash value for your vehicle instead of carrying over **** dollars in negative equity you would have carried over **** dollars. We negotiated with you with regards to your deal with us and offered above and beyond the value of your trade in in its current condition. I am sorry that you feel as though that was not good enough for you, we are not in the position to absorb the entirety of your previous loan from 7 month prior, but we were able to absorb a substantial amount.
