    This place 100% wipes codes on cars before selling them to people. Seems like the same thing with every customer. Car runs fine for a few days then breaks down. Bought a 2006 jeep from them three weeks ago today. Yesterday waterpump goes out and serpentine belt snaps on freeway with my 10 month old in car. Stranded on the freeway. This lot needs to be investigated for selling faulty dangerous cars to people and pretending they're in good shape.

    On February 4, 2023 I paid in full for a ***** *******************. I have credit card statement showing the payment cleared. The plates and registration did not arrive on time. Upon receiving the plates and registration, it is listed as Quality Auto sales NW as the legal owner. I called and spoke with *****, who said he would look into it. After not receiving a follow up I called back and emailed until I received a response. ***** stated it was an accident on the paperwork they filled out and he would make the necessary corrections and get the Title sent out. I have tried reaching out numerous times and cannot get a response. I am in need of the title now as there was numerous underlying problems that has surfaced and will most likely not be usable without major repairs like an engine replacement.

    05/22/223 My husband had purchased a Blazer from this car dealership all was good took it for a test drive didnt have any problems so we thought about 1/2 after leaving the car lot started to notice it was losing power. My husband tried contacting the gentleman that sold him the blazer no answer. The next day my husband drove it back to the dealership told them he wanted his money back he refused said my mechanic is out and to bring it back in a couple of days. So pretty much we were screwed. My husband goes to leave again the Blazer has no power takes it back and a different sales guy is there takes it for a test drive agreed that the Blazer has no power. Instead of a REFUND the salesman sells my husband a ****** gets it home check engine light comes on temperature its heating up. My husband checks the radiator no water or coolant. Fills the radiator up . Three days later we went on vacation. Needless to say the car didnt make it back home with **. Now we have no car and out all this money to this dealership who is just about making money by selling s*** cars they will breakdown and leave you stranded. Forgot to mention one more thing the Blazer that my husband had purchased in the first place and took back to the dealership the owner turned around and sold it knowing it had issues and failed to tell the people who purchased it before my husband left.

    Purchased 12-11-22. Car running rough on 12-13-22. Took it to ******* Japanese Automotive in Kent.They said that it would need a new motor. Spoke to sells rep and he said it was a as is agreement. was as is. Do I have any rights under the Washington Lemon Law
