I won 5 lots at an auction on June 11th by this company. I went to the designated pickup site on 6/12 and was only able to pickup 1 item because of some s**** up with the paperwork , even though the auctioneer could see on his computer that I had won the lots, and they were on site with him. He told me that he'd figure out what was going on and I could meet him on Sunday at a point midway between my home and the auction site. to pickup the remaining lots.He never called me to set up the pickup. Attempts to reach him failed because his voicemail and emai boxes were full. Later that week I got a generic email from him that he was doing a final pickup at the auction site until4:30 that afternoon . I set up with him that we could again meet at that 1/2 way pt after he finished at the site. Waited there until ~7:30 PM. But he never showed up. When I got a hold of him by phone a day or so later, he told me that he was boxing up my winnings and would ship them to me within a day. That was 1 1/2 weeks ago. And I still haven't received my winnings, nor have I received any notification of shipping or tracking information. Attempts to reach him this week have again failed due to his inboxes being too full to accept any new messages. His website is not yet operational, so I can't reach him that way, or warn future bidders about his terrible service.

I would like to now include copies of my correspondence sent to ***************** and Go Green Estates Auctions, and his one response which I had not included in any of prior correspondence with your office.

These 7 emails cover the 1 month period from 06/09/22 [the day after the auction] through his response on 07/08/22.

            Thank you.

            Yours truly,

            ***************************

            Complaint: 17541967

I am rejecting this response because:

Rejecting may be too harsh of a term for my reaction.

I feel that I had given Go Green Estates plenty of time and opportunities to remedy the issue by delivering the won lots in timely and previously agreed to manners:
1] The items were not delivered on the original date for pickup at the auction site after drove more than 25 miles to get to and I then waited approximately 1 hr. in line to get the merchandise, which was on premises and ****************** could have delivered to me at the time and then fixed his computer issues at a later time, but he was willing to take care of me at the time.

2]While at the site, he agreed to meet me at a neutral site [Sunday] the next day after wrapping up the final pick-*** etc that would have been convenient to both of **-- midway between my home [In Marysville, **]and the site [**********, **]and also approximately mid-way between the site and his home in: ******, **. .  I eneded up sitting around home that Sunday waiting for a call from ***************** that never arrived

3] My attempts to reach ***************** all failed due to his voicemail inbox being too full to accept new messages.  That problem persisted for several days.  Finally, around the middle of the following week I got a generic email from ***************** stating that he was going to offer one last pickup at the site the following Sunday until 4:30 PM.  I did finally contact  ***************** and he agreed to meet me at the neutral site sometime after concluding the pick***.  I waited for him at that site [approximately a 30-minute drive from the auction site] until 7:30 PM.  Once again, he was a no-show!

4] After sending him an email expressing my displeasures, the next day I did finally reach him and he said that he was in the midst of packing up my winnings and agreed to mail my winning objects to me at his cost, the next day.

5] 9 days later, after not hearing from him nor receiving the winnings, I grew tired of giving him another day of "Maybe today or tomorrow" they'll arrive.  So, it was yesterday, upon having a few minutes after leaving a Dr's *********** that I decided to contact you.

6] Sure enough, when I did get home last night, I had received an email from ***************** stating that I had been sent an email the night before that my packages had been sent [that's well over a week after he's told me that they'd be shipped within a day or so!].  I cannot find any indication of having received that email from any source identifiable as being from ***************** or Go Green Estates.

7] The packages did arrive sometime Saturday and had been picked up by a neighbor out of her concern that they might risk being stolen if left unattended at my front door.  I still had not had an opportunity to even open the packages when ***************** contacted me quite ***et that I had reported him to you, and that he was too busy to respond to you.

8] After he had his opportunity to vent at me, I did let ***************** know that I had just received the packages, hadn't opened them yet, and that I would let you know that I had in fact finally received the packages with my winnings.

9] It was while I was finishing opening and inspecting my winnings that I found this letter from you and so I am replying in as timely of a manner as possible.

10] I do not feel that I had "jumped the gun" in filling the complaint when I did!  I feel that I had gone out of my way to be patient and tolerant of ********************* busy schedule.  But my attempts to reach him had met with one futile failure after another, and by Friday afternoon I felt that enough was enough!

I will attempt to attach copies of my emails and email attempts to ***************** to this response.  But I am concerned that I am probably right at the end of your 30-minute limitation to responding.

11]  What I have noticed, and need to see if I can find copies of the images of the original posting, is that one of the 2 items that I was most interested in purchasing, which was labelled as a dolphin, and is in reality an orca whale arrived with the tip of its dorsal fin broken off and missing.  I do want to see if I can find a copy of the original posting to see if it was broken prior to listing or if it was broken sometime between listing and its arrival here today.

            Sincerely,

            ***************************
