We hired Mc ******* to put in our manufactured home, we were very excited to use our retirement funds to have a new home to live in, Mc ******* crew would show up once a month and work eight hours and leave and every time they were here something was broken, we went a week without water during 100 degree temperatures, they broke our sewer line and many other things, when we called **** he just sent us a hand written **** and never said a thing, we were also told it would take 4 weeks to complete it took over six months and the Job was left unfinished because we had to fire him for many reasons such a putting a huge pile of rock up against our house, instead of bringing in top soil, that he was trying to charge us for out of our own pocket. he always used the excuse that it wasn't in the bid, we were also left without stairs and we had to climb up a six foot ladder to get into our house we are both in our 60's, they let us move in without a sewer hook up which we had to do ourselves, we never got our garage and had to find another contractor to do this for us and to this day there is no floor, just dirt because our loan wasn't enough to finish the flooring. oh did I mention that they dumped a huge rock on our well pipe breaking it causing us to have dirt coming into the house, we paid twenty thousand out of our own pocket for the well and they only needed to back fill the ditch for us.

This job started 3 months after the Covid mess started and everthing was crazy.  This is the first and only job I haven't finished with the home owners choosing to get someone else to finish.  They had a new well drilled before we started that wasn't talked about prior, but we dug the line to the new well using a breaker on my skid steer we also backfilled with sand to bed in the pipe (power and water)approxamently 300 feet, we also had to add a new power pedestal due to the old on not having enough room for all the new things.  We brought in a big excavator with a breaker on it just to get a flat spot to do the foundation for the new home, there might have been two inches of dirt on top of part of the area, so we bakfilled with what we took out and there was room to do top soil on top of that.  The sewer and water was all tied together under the new home with sewer being stubbed out so it could be connected to existing once old home was gone.  I was not payed for anything I did not do and this complaint comes a year and 3 months after they chose to go with someone else to finish the job
