I have had several transactions with this business since i began to do business with them around Dec. or Jan. 2023. The biggest of the transactions with this company have resulted in one issue or another. Those issues range from equipment failure to customer service at the branch location. The biggest of my issues started with this company when i rented a *****' Tracked aerial lift and I used it for about 4hrs on a Saturday. The machine began to have sensor issues and then running/starting issues along with the others. I was given an emergency contact number to call in case of a situation such as this. So I promptly dialed the emergency number with no answer. I left a message and after about 2 hours I received a call back with very little help or assistance at all. There was no actual help or assistance to get the machine to operate or move from where it was positioned. After spending 3-4 hours on Saturday reading online and calling some friends to give some advice or assistance I called it a day. I then tried the emergency number on Sunday around ***** am and received no correspondence in return. By about 4 pm I was finally able to get the machine to start and stay running to try and load it up to take back to the branch location. The second set of problems began at this time. Upon loading the machine on the same trailer I had already loaded it onto and off of, The machine began to stall and shut down a quarter to half of the way up the ramps. I set the machine down off the ramps for the night and let it sit. Monday morning I attempted to get is loaded onto the same trailer. Before I started I called the branch location and explained what had been going on with the machine and that I was requesting help through the weekend from the "Emergency number". I was told it needed to be back before 11am or i would be charged another day since i already had it for the weekend. I hung up, proceeded to load to the machine on the trailer just before it shut down again..
