The crew arrived on time, and eager to get the job done right, right from the beginning! They removed the old windows with great care, and installed the new ones with an eye for attention. The crew was respectful of our family and little dog, who already is wondering if they will be showing up tomorrow??. I recommend Polar Bear for any of your window replacement needs!

Polar Bear has phenomenal staff whos crews aim to please their customers I personally experienced it in January/2025.There was an issue that needed to be rectified, and they returned quickly to fix the situation to my satisfaction. When they were loading up their equipment, my dog, who is an escape artist, left the yard unbeknownst to either them or myself. When I called their office to see if the workers saw the dog leave, one of the office staff offered to drop by and help me look for my dog Now that is above, and beyond the call of duty!!Most sincerely and appreciatively,****** *****Review from Matt F

Polar Bear was great for replacing my roof. The process was smooth, quick, and fast from the initial meeting to the completion of the roof. Polar Bear installed our metal roof around 10 years ago. We were very pleased with the work they did at that time. So, when the top of a nearby cedar tree fell on one side of the house during a windstorm in late November 2024, there was no question of who we would call for the repair work. They completed the repair in a timely manner and under budget. This job involved matching some existing woodwork. It was done beautifully. Polar Bear Exterior Solution was the best choice we've made in our home improvement options thus far. The sale representative, *******, was very informative and made us vary comfortable with our options. ****** helped us with scheduling and followed up multiple times to ensure things were going to plan. When it comes to the workmanship of the siding crew, **** and ***** did an exceptional job. They kept me informed of the changes needed to complete the project, kept the job site clean, and remained on schedule the entire time. They aren't the cheapest, but that's good because a you don't want the lowest bidder to put the roof on your house. They were on time, did an excellent job, and completed everything they promised without me having to do anything. The roof and gutters look great! ***'s team did a fantastic job and ***** and **** explained everything very well. I would absolutely recommend Polar Bear to anyone if your priorities are a great job, done well, with no hassle!Polar Bear Exterior Solutions Response

Nine years ago Polar Bear installed a TPO roof. I can't discuss the results because they gave me a nice discount after seeing my 2 page letter I was going to post here of complaints about the whole job.The lifetime roof lasted 8 years, in a windy day half of the roof blew up and folded back onto an upper section. A friend came over and nailed it back down. Over time no water was going down the drains but over the fascia flooding the ground and coming into my basement. I am having a new roof installed by ******************, they told me PB has to fix it but I don't want them anywhere near the place. So my loss of $25,000.
