            I went to Northwest Smile on 06/20/22 to get set of new dentures. My insurance, ************** Dental, covers up to $2000 per year, and I was told when I got my appointment that my insurance would cover everything. My insurance was billed for $953 for DENTURES COMPLETE MANDIBLE, and $952 for DENTURES COMPLETE MAXILLARY, which my insurance covered in full and paid a total of $1905.Northwest Smile then double billed again in July which should have never been billed because my insurance already paid the amount in full. They billed for the same amount again. My insurance covered a portion of the second double billing, and now NW Smile is saying that I owe $1489.00.I was told when I scheduled my appointment that a new set of dentures cost $2000, and my insurance covers $2000 per year. My insurance was billed, and payed the amount in full. I do not owe Northwest Smile any additional money and in fact, they were overpaid by my insurance as they double billed for the same services provided.I have contacted my insurance and Northwest Smile many times to no avail and cannot get any help with resolving this matter. They are threatening to send me to collections, but I do not owe them anything.
