Purchased Moito's replacement vacuum bag for Toro blower/vac, the bag failed after fewer than six uses. Their 30-day warranty only provides time for initial fit and function but not reliability, so they did not stand behind the product for even one year! At this rate, you'd need to replace the bag every six months.Review from Skyla M

Zero stars. Sure took my money fast enough. However no part. No customer service. Apparently no one works for this company at all. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. And parts never arrive. So to me they are thieves as they steal money out of your account but don't ever send you the product I have to assume this is a fake company.Review from Joe M

I ordered a replacement seat for my lawn tractor and was anticipating the delivery of my order. After not receiving it I checked the status and found out that they had cancelled my order! How is this company even in business? I guess I should have checked the reviews for this company before placing my order! By the way I tried to call them and you can guess there was NO ONE to answer the phone! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!Review from Tonya H

What they advertise and what you actually get are completely different and then they refuse to refund it. I purchased a part where their website showed 1 picture but what I got was nothing like the advertised part but they are refusing to refund my money.
