Driving school owner, *******, refuses to answer questions of why I have a $50.00 charge added when all classes have been paid in full. Owner refuses to provide detailed instructions with exact dates of in person classes. I have sent multiple emails with the invoice attached and am receiving the same request to provide the attached invoice. Owner refuses to be of any help.

    Hi there,

Thank you for your assistance in helping this client. It is clear that there is a major lapse in communication. They claim that I refuse to answer questions of why I have a $50.00 charge and that I refuse to provide detailed instructions with exact dates of in person classes which could not be further from the truth.

Not only have we provided appropriate call times if they wish to speak over the phone but we have offered to help faster through email & have replied to them expediently more than 9 times today alone.

In order for us to help, we need the attachment that theyre referring to or the students name & location of drives. I kindly requested that in 9 emails & still did not received this information.

I have attached a copy of the email we send depicting 2 things:

    1. We either need the email attached or student name & location, which we never received in 8 of our 9 tries before this complaint was filed.

    2. The attachment was not there despite her saying that it was in several replies. It shows the address where it should be & clearly is not.

Because this forum does not allow me to attach the actual email thread, I am copying & pasting one of the several email threads from today alone clearly showing our kind requests & her clearly not providing the needed information:
