            In May 2024, Bethel tow has removed my RV also illegally with the assistance of the corrupt kitsap *************************. During this Event they Ripped off the driver mirror. I have not been compensated for a replacement mirror. This was their fault and I would like them to pay for a new mirror to be installed and it be identically matching to the other mirror.

            Bethel towing came to my house yesterday, October 25, 2024 and removed a vehicle from my driveway that was legally mine. I produced the paper title registration and the plates on the vehicle all were registered to me via the **************. On top of this, the vehicle was also being worked on the clutch was out and I was fixing it, so the transmission was just hanging the driveline was off the vehicle and Bethel to had sent an incompetent driver who was unable to safely tow my vehicle out of my driveway. Theyre probably is more damage done to the vehicle because he did not know how to accurately tell the vehicle away. He tried to use it by towing it with a two wheel tow truck instead of a flatbed. When the vehicle left my property, I went to pay to get it out of impound with my same documents from the ************** stating I was the owner of the vehicle and the lady who worked in the office was very unprofessional and rude. She refused to release the vehicle to me, even though I had all the documentation I was the legal owner , she was discriminating against me all kinds of foul names. This is not the first experience Ive had with Bethel that was nothing least of perfect and I want to put on the record that this business is very unprofessional and violates professional conduct in regards to releasing or taking vehicles per the owner. I still have not released my vehicle, which is legally mine that is illegal

            Bethel towing is currently holding this vehicle that *** ****** is claiming to be hers. In this particular case, we responded to a call for stolen property under the direction of the *************************** and recovered the vehicle and brought it our impound lot per the **** Since this is ongoing police investigation, we are unable to comment further on this particular case. The *************************** as well as the Kitsap ********************** has advised us to tell you to reach out to them for further comment. Case Number # K24-008793

            This is a very dishonest company.My daughter ***************** (*******) was in a severe rollover car accident in which Bethel Towing was call to tow away.The day after the accident, we called after finding out where her vehicle had been towed to and the next day we went in and retrieved her items and took pictures of the vehicle. We also spoke with a lady at the front desk who told us we need to determine if her vehicle was fully covered with insurance or if we wanted to release the vehicle to Bethel towing.Two days later we went back to Bethel towing, spoke to another lady at the front desk and took our title in to the vehicle. We were told it was not needed at the time and that they would send a vehicle to auction and the vehicle sell amount would offset the final bill and would be likely $500-$700. We also called several times before the vehicle went to auction to verify if they needed the title.**** husband is deployed and serving in the Navy so I was there assisting with all after math of the accident including injuries. Fast forward a month and we get a bill $1400 for all of these extra days that the vehicle sat there prior to auction. We attempted to sign over title and release all rights to the vehicle. Multiple times!!!We should not have been charged for additional days for the vehicle to sit there While they waited to take it to auction Additionally, the individuals er have spoken to regarding this - at the front desk are extremely rude, very unhelpful and have no customer service skills whatsoever.

Since the notice was not notified or mailed within that time and was mailed and sent out after the fact. Just letting you know that I am in contact with the Attorney General, and the BBB for investigating this extremely unethical business practice. I'd like my car back and all my sensitive information and items i have in the car, otherwise I will proceed with legal action. Currently you have violated a handful of laws, and other legislature protecting Myself and others that you have done this too. I am giving you guys 1 chance to make it right. If not, well you'll have some agencies contacting you within the next 3 days.             On Tue March 14 2023 a Bethel Towing employee illegally hooked up to my car parked in front of my house and proceeded to tow my car, damaging the front passenger side fender in the process. I am seeking reimbursement for the tow cost and reimbursement for damage done to my vehicle in the process.
