  For the last 5 months, my ex husband and I were expecting a fast florida divorce as this company claims to provide. We paid all the dues that were requested from the company, e-signed all the documents we were emailed, even each had a zoom meeting with a notary showing our IDs where our documents supposedly were notarized and finalized. The company kept going backwards, finding new problems, requesting more money, yet wouldnt communicate with either of us except through a chat on the site. Our emails to them were never answered and couldnt get a phone response either. We are in hopes the BBB can get us a full refund for our fast divorce that was fully signed and paid for, yet still not filed 5 months later.

  9.26.24 Date filed for the divorce documents. When the first email was sent to myself and spouse with the documentation. It was acknowledged that spouse home address was incorrect. He edited the home address and sent the email back. When the next email came to us on 9/27/24 the documents were enclosed for us to both review, sign on a virtually basis with a notary, spouse recognized his home address WAS NOT updated. Therefore he made the correction on the documents which rejected the entire document and was sent back to the business. On Monday 9/30 I called the business to notify them what occurred and they claimed they were taking care of it after being bounced around to three different operators. No new documents were sent, now mind you they already deducted 200 dollars from my bank account for a service not yet rendered. I gave them two days and no new divorce documents were yet sent. When I called the business the next day on 10/3, they bounced me around to three different people and they claimed they didn't know what I was talking about and that we had to basically back track, providing spouses correct home address. I was told the case would expedite but nothing was sent nor communication from the business. They do not answer the phone nor return my voicemails which included 4 calls to them today 10/4. It is now a week since this started and charged me for a service, and I have no divorce papers and still married. This has affected my livelihood as my spouse is on all my work benefits and I cannot remove him without divorce papers. This is supposedly a legal service; they could be sued for fraud which I am fearing they are a scam.
