    I went into cell pro to have my ******* Galaxy Note 20 ultra (which I spent $1,000 on) I brought it to have the back glass replaced and after I left I went to check my phone and I realized it wasn't working it kept saying that it wouldn't read the *** card so after buying a new *** card thinking the *** card just went bad the phone still wouldn't work so I called the guy at the cell pro place and told him that my phone wasn't working after he repaired it and he told me to bring it back right away as soon as I can. So I brought it back today and explain to him what happened and told him that my phone was working completely fine before he replaced the back glass then he started to argue with me saying he never did anything wrong and I told him multiple times my phone was working just fine before you got your hands on it and replaced the back glass. I told him I spent $1,000 on this phone and now it's useless and he refused to give me a full refund and only is willing to give me partial refund. I try to reason with him to at least replace my phone with the same quality phone since this one is now broken. The man who replaced the back glass for me kept saying that it wasn't his fault and he never touched *** card part of the phone. And I told him that when he was prying off the old glass there's a good chance he broke the internal part of the phone which reads the *** card because the phone was working just fine before he touched it.
