            I was in the hospital which happened to be the same weekend of the Fair. I purchased the tickets earlier in the year so I was planning on going, but unfortunately life happened. They gave a partial refund but kept $25. I have no idea why, but I did not do any business with them so I am not sure why they are keeping the $25. I did reach out but not resolved.

            Our company policy states no refunds or exchanges.  However, our team made an exception for this guest to do a refund of the face value of the tickets.  We were unable to refund the processing fees.

            I am rejecting this response because:

            When I checked out online, there was no message or alert saying that there was a $25 processing fee on my end. Aside from that, when I initially called in September, the lady informed me that BECAUSE of the circumstance, I was guaranteed the "full" refund. 

            It's not like i just decided not to goat the last min. I had a ***** issue that needed to be addressed, which this type of circumstance is protected by law.

            Our company policy states no refunds or exchanges.  However, our team made an exception for this guest to do a refund of the face value of the tickets.  This was communicated at the time of refund of the face value of the tickets and was agreed to by the recipient of the refund.
