I am rejecting this response because:This is not acceptable at all. I spent the time doing the surveys and send multiple messages which you ignored. You cannot just reject surveys whenever you want as you are collecting paid survey responses for free with bait and switch.

We would like to inform you that the screener was included in the phone interview surveys 9270 and 9196. You qualified for the main survey; however, we attempted to call you multiple times to schedule it, but unfortunately, we were unable to connect. As a result, you are not eligible for the incentives. To be eligible for the incentives, you must complete the entire survey.
For Survey 9028, the response was rejected due to answers that did not meet market research standards.

MDforlives is supposed to be a website for health care professionals to share insight, complete surveys and make some extra money. However, the company does not want to pay out the money they claim to offer. I have reached out to them several times about surveys I have completed and wanting to redeem my money for the gift cards they allegedly offer. Each time I get a very generic and contradicting response. I have received responses saying it takes 2-3 weeks to process and another response saying 6-8 weeks. Either way it had been over the time period for both of those. At this point I just want to redeem my rewards and close the account, never to use the service again.Business response

I completed a survey on 9/4/24 with survey ID 9215 and it has remained in pending status for nearly 1 month. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company, but they do not respond in any way. It seems quite intentional that this survey remains in pending status because as soon as it moves to completed status, my reward amount will reach the threshold to allow withdrawal of rewards. I have no other way to get through to this company so I am having to resort to what it appears many other people have had to do. I am very disappointed in this company.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
I initially would have had no issue with this response as I relented based on the explanation that it would **** *-8 weeks for approval of the survey. But since they are demanding proof that they offered a ***** hour response, I will copy and paste below the email response stating they would respond in that time frame. This is taken directly from the email response from the company and the only change I made is to remove my full name. If it becomes necessary, I will figure out a way to attach the email itself rather than copying and pasting it here. It is still disappointing that it has required this much effort to elicit a response from the company when they could simply monitor their "support contact" that is present on their website and respond appropriately. As seen by multiple other complaints, you would think the company would take a hint and do a better job communicating which would likely resolve the issue. Two simple changes would make all of these issues go away: 1- Respond to communications entered on your "contact us" support messaging system (and if that system is not getting messages through, FIX IT! Seems simple enough), 2- CLEARLY state on the website exactly what to expect in regard to timelines with payment of survey honorarium. If client knew when to expect approval and payment, or if you simply respond to messages from clients, there would be very little reason for ongoing BBB complaints against your company. I'm not a businessman nor do I have a degree in PR or marketing, but these seem like some pretty simple common sense solutions that could be enacted quickly and easily and would likely eliminate a lot of headache for the company. I am waiting for payment for completed market research surveys 8437 from 3/7/2024 and 8464 from 4/17/2024. I am owed $75. This delay is unacceptable and when I contacted them on their website, I got no response. This has happened before. Since company's mail box is full and no response to any inquire via email. This is the only way for the company to move. I have two pending surveys. One is from ***** and the other is from *****. Could you please process both of them? Your competition is pretty fast when it comes to approving payment as they care about reputation of the company. On 02 May 2024, I received an email message that my gift voucher code for this redemption has been updated on my survey dashboard on the MDforLives home page. However, when I logged into my account, I do not see a voucher link or PIN (like I do for my prior redemptions). See the attached screenshot. Go to MyPrepaidCenter.com/redeem and enter code(Given in the dashboard)
Complete the online registration page and accept the cardholder agreement and e-sign agreement, then you will be able to view your 16-digit card number, expiration date, security information, where your card can be used, available balance, transaction history, etc.
Plastic card available upon request. Requesting a plastic card will reduce the cards value by $3.00 for manufacturing and fulfilment cost, and can take 7-14 business days.

Company is group that consults medical professionals for their paid opinion by way of surveys. I have completed requested surveys through the company but have not received compensation as promised. They claim to review surveys for 4-6 weeks before releasing funds to be redeemable.Multiple months have passed and compensation remains pending. This is despite reaching out to company directly and not receiving any response. This is not a one off issue. A look through the companys ****** reviews shows multiple people have had the same issue. This is inconsistent with the usual practices of other businesses in the field. I am highly suspicious that this company keeps money for surveys and doesnt pay medical providers, who do the surveys, their promised portion. I just want my compensation as promised so that I can then cancel my account with this predatory group and never do business with them again.Business response

survey IDs or project numbers were included in attachments but they are8365 and 8309.
I have attached their email directly to me which only came after my BBB complaint and never to my original query through them.

I completed two surveys on the site recently, the first one a little over 1.5 months ago and the second one about two weeks ago. I cannot say what the survey ID is for each as it is listed nowhere on the site. There is no record that I completed these surveys other than I am now listed as having completed three surveys (instead of one) and the pending compensation for these two surveys is listed as $70. The problem I have is that the first survey has been 'under review' for at least 1.5 months now. Moreover, when I contacted the company twice through their website messaging system, I got no response. I sent the first message about 3 weeks ago and the second message about 1 week ago. As I am unable to get a response and given the protracted amount of time since completion of the first survey, I am worried that I have slipped through the cracks. This is not in keeping with their advertised service of payment for completed surveys.Business response

Hi, here is the update: the company MDforLives did finally review one of the two completed surveys, however the second survey remains un-reviewed. I requested payment for the one reviewed survey on 3/26/24 (with payment to be in the form of a virtual **** card). I have not yet received the virtual **** card despite their advertising that it should only take 7-10 days to receive this from the time of redemption. Thank you and I appreciate your help.

I am rejecting this response because:1) Although it is true that I was credited $30 and $40 for surveys 8085 and 8435, respectively,
2) When I went to redeem $50 from my account on 3/26/24 for a prepaid virtual **** card, I was supplied a voucher/code link which is nonsensical. See attachment which shows a screenshot of the voucher code/link. I also received an email on 3/27/24 stating that the $50 redemption was available (see attachment with screen shot). To reiterate, there is nothing I can do with this voucher code/link; there is no website in which to submit this and receive a virtual ****; the code is unusable.
3) If there is a way to use this code to actually receive a virtual **** card prepaid with $50, then please inform me of that way and I will be happy to drop this complaint.

This business was suppose to send me a PayPal voucher for $200 for doing surveys. They are giving me a hard time saying the email with voucher was sent. It has not happened and asked for them to send the voucher to an alternate email but they are so slow. They to this day have not paid me. The Order ID is ********.
