    I ordered 2 x 25 packs of small masks. I received one pack of masks promptly but the other pack was missing which I have already paid for. I have contacted Bendshape on numerous occasions with no response. I would like to know whether I am going to receive the second pack of masks or whether there is an issue with supply or if they were just missed by mistake. If I am not going to be sent the second pack of masks then I would like a refund,

    Very successfully, and without incident, I ordered masks from BendShape for use as a preschool teacher in August, 2022. I began the re-order process in January, 2023, and it took me many weeks to find a way to order masks in packages of 3 masks vs. the 25 option shown on the website. I found an order site on 03/16/2023 and placed that order; I received an immediate e-mailed confirmation with an order number, and the price paid includes a charge for ***** shipping. TO DATE, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE ***** OR NOTIFICATION THAT THEY HAVE SHIPPED. As has been reported by many other complaints, I've been unable to contact the company via the phone number and e-mail contact form provided on their website. I'm so disappointed in this turn of events since their product is a very good one; I've recommended it to several people over the past few months. It's my understanding that mail-order companies are not to charge my credit card until the product has been shipped, but the charge was processed the following day after the order. BendShape, please send my order ASAP so that this situation can be cleared. I hate seeing that you have an "F" rating with the BBB, but the lack of being able to contact you and receive return calls or e-mails when I've followed your requested contact procedures is disturbing. Thank you in advance for your help. I attempted to include a copy of the e-mailed confirmation, but it would not upload the attachment; my order number is ****.

    I have ordered masks from the Bendshape Mask website on a number of occasions with no problems and prompt responses, *********************************** . However, after ordering on February 12th 2023 and not having any updates regarding delivery, I contacted them via the website form and the email on the website with no responses. I also tried the phone number on the website which goes to voice mail. I have left a message with again no response. I would like to know if there is a delay and if so how long I may have to wait to get the masks. I use them for work and always try to order them well in advance but this time it is taking much longer than usual. It says on the website allow 1-2 business days to ship.

    Thank you for your assistance. I did receive a reply directly from Bendshape masks with an apology for the delay and a 20% discount for my next order.  I then received my original order last week.

    On January 14, 2022, I purchased $213.49 worth of Quartz Masks on behalf of the university. I was told that delivery would be by March 24th. On March 22nd, I emailed the company to find out the status of the order and was given a canned response of being delayed in responding to emails. As of April 12th, I had not heard back from the company. I sent another email requesting a status update to our order. Again the same canned response of being delayed in responding to emails. I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund of the money that we have spent or delivery of the product. When you look at the website, there is no phone number that you can reach the company at so you can only email or fill out their contact card. Not responding to a request for information in a timely matter is unacceptable in the business world. The fact that you can still order the product with an **** week delivery time is also unacceptable when they can not deliver their current orders in that time frame or tell you if and when they plan on fulfilling their open orders.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It is sad that a complaint had to be filed just to get some response from the company. Having a discount code for a future purchase is a moot point since we will not be doing business with the company in the future. Thank you for your help with this matter.

    I ordered $70 worth of Bendshape masks for COVID protection on 11/21/21 and have yet to receive my products. I have reached out to the business 3 times but have never heard back. Its been going on 5 months and I cannot get my money back.

    I am rejecting this response because: I ordered these masks for a specific reason 5 months ago. Ive made due with other masks because yours never arrived. Your company has also been fulfilling big orders at universities and hospitals but not for the average consumer. I sent you 70 dollars of my money in exchange for your masks 5 months ago and I havent heard from your business since - not even in response to an e-mail and a website inquiry.  I demand a refund.
