    My sister and I planned a cruise in Feb 2023 for a cruise in May of 2023 with Explorer bus tours. My sister ******** planned it with an agent, and I called and gave them my credit card to pay for it on Feb 23rd. Explorer bus tours ran my card and paid for the cruise on Feb 26th at 6:30 pm according to the reciept, one hour after my sister died. I called to cancel the cruise. Voice mail was the only option so I left a mesaage. I also found an email address and started an email correspondence with the travel company. Correspondence is currently on going with no resolution. I called the cruiseline listed, Holland America, directly and they have no record of my sister or myself booking a cruise independently or with a travel agency. The Explorer bus tours, refuses to give me booking#, ship we are assigned to or any verification so I can seek cancelation myself with the cruise line. I cant get information from them regarding travel Insurance potentially purchased. They just refuse to give me anything. Not even the courtesy of a returned call. I requested a return call 3-4 times in these email correspondence. I feel like this company scammed my sister and I. Dealing with her sudden death has been hard enough but this company has compounded that grief. I do not want to go on this cruise without her. Now I feel scammed as well. Give me back my money.

    My wife, ******, passed away on 23 February 2020. By June 2020, I notified this company of the fact and asked politely for them to remove her information from their records. Their answer was that they were a small company. Two more times they mailed fliers in my wife's name. The answer to my second request was that they did not handle the mailing list. I asked to contact whoever did handle their mailing list and was told it was not possible to contact them directly. The answer to my third request was that they were rebuilding their database and the mailing was not intentional. I have contacted 25+ other companies with a request to stop mailings to my wife and they have stopped. I cannot comprehend why this company cannot delete a name and address from their mailing list. It is hurtful to me to receive mail in my wife's name after she has been dead for over 2 years when I have contacted this company, explained the reason for my request, and asked them to stop the mailings.
