    On October 21, 2022, I paid for the domain canadianpharmacyes.com $300 (Invoice #********) and for the transfer of the domain canadianpharmacyes.com $9.99 (Invoice #********) via USDT ERC20. Link of transaction ****************************************************************************************** The domain was not transferred, and the deal was canceled on November 11, 2022. As of the date of this complaint (January 19, ****), the funds have still not been returned to my USDT ERC20 account.I've contacted Epik.com many times, but I always get a polite Hold on, we're working on your issue. It's been 2 years now and the problem is still not solved.

    I'm very sorry that you're situation has not been resolved after all of this time.

    Even though the response says it's coming from "*********************", we're the new company who took over Epik in June of 2023. We aren't able to edit who this is being responded to by but this complaint unfortunately predates us but we'd still like to be able to help if we can. Can you try reaching out to us at ***************** or email our support team at **********************************. Our customer service team can hopefully help you with this or direct you how to best contact the previous Epik owners. They've gotten alot of complaints and we're trying to resolve as many as we can but sometimes we aren't able to. I will also forward your complaint to our support team to have them look into it.

    Deceiving business practice in that they are sending misleading letters. Receiving letters asking for domain registrar services, yet the letter clearly states they are not a domain registrar.

    I sold my domain, Candida.com on Epik.com on 9-27-22 for $100,000. I used Epik's *************** The funds were supposed to be a direct deposit to my bank account, less a 9% commission. I was advised that my funds cleared escrow and have still not received my funds. The funds were transferred to Masterbucks, and I am showing an account balance there of $91000, but I did not want my funds to go into Masterbucks. I have contacted *********************, Chairman and *********************, the new CEO and they keep telling me my fund are coming but they have not been sent to me.

    Epik.com offer an *************** where they allow buyers and sellers to complete transactions between each other. They act as a "middle man" that holds the buyers money, before passing the seller's website or domain property to the buyer, and then ensure the seller gets paid.The service ensures the buyer gets their new website or domain, and the seller gets their money.The proceeds from the escrow sale are then placed in an account at Epik's Masterbucks.com website. The client can hold the money on this Masterbucks.com website, much like holding money in a PayPal account. When I went to withdraw my money from Masterbucks.com to my bank account, the Masterbucks.com website was offline, and my money was inaccessible. Since then, I have not been able to gain access to my money - $237,000.I have repeatedly asked for my money to be withdrawn to my bank account, but I am told there is no update from the support staff. They have not informed me as to when my money can be withdrawn, or whether it is even there at all.I have repeatedly called ********************* the **** but he has not taken any of my calls. I fear that Epiks clients Escrow money has been used to fund other areas of the business, and the funds are no longer there. I request that all the money I am owed is paid to me immediately.

On this website is published our Service Marks and Trademarks in part or in whole without our permission at http://discoverdig.com/search?q=Accountants+%26+Accounting+(CPA)&l=****+** We request they remove all of our Service Marks and Trademarks (that appear in part or in whole) from all of their publications.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1) The link provided by the business only allows for Trademark where a ***** number has been issued (it is a dead end).

    2) A USPTO number is not required by the ************** (where we are formed and located) states we "acquire common law ownership rights to a **** simply by using the **** in commerce in connection with the relevant goods or services. You do not have to register your **** to acquire common law rights to it."

    3) We have been using this company name ******************* CPA LLC since 2/2003 registered with the ************** as a ************************* in commerce in connection with public accounting services.

    4) We provided the relevant link to the offending material making the request for screenshots redundant. 

    Please remove, and cease the use of our Service **** ******************* CPA LLC.
