This happened during the time they had my truck, which was from 10/18/22 until 10/23/22.I have tried to resolve this with the manager/owner for over 2 months. They damage the inside of my truck while parking it. They also locked my keys inside the truck. The manager/owner return my call one time. Told me to send him pictures via text and I have not been able to get him back on the phone since. I just call again, on January 5, 2023... Spoke to the manager/Owner. He told me to take him to court, then hung up and blocked my number.

We  are i n  receipt  of  ***********; Lowes  complaint  of  ID:  #********  to  the  Better  Business  Bureau  (BBB)  regarding  their  alleged  stay  at  one  of  our  WallyPark  Airport  Parking  facilities  (copy attached).
As  a  representative  for  our  business,  wed l ike  to  specifically  acknowledge  that  when  receiving  the  complaint  via  email  we i mmediately  noticed  the  complaint  was l isted  for  another  facility  under  the  name  of  Seatac  Parking  LLCto  which i s  not  affiliated  with  our  business.
Thus,  we  managed  to  contact  Mr.  Lowe  via  phone  call  to  further  confirm  he  did  not  park  with  our  facility  nor  did  he  speak  with  our  manager/owner  prior.  He  then l ater  confirmed  that  he  will  be  contacting  the  correct  company  and  business  further  to  move  forward  with  court  trial  procedures.
Now,  despite  the  scenario,  our  business  understands  there  can  be  complications i n  wrongfully i nputting  experiences  for  differentiating  businesses.  However,  we  hope  that  with  this  clarification  Mr.  Lowes i s  able  to  satisfy  a  considerable  complaint  to  the  business  he  correctly parked with.
     Regards,
