  Owner ****** le was paid by insurance company to repair my passenger side mirror. They sent payment directly to him && he cashed the check. He never contacted me to let me know he received payment and that i could bring my car in for repair.I had to get proof from the insurance company and go there physically in person for him to admit he was paid and schedule to fix my mirror. I told him im moving to another state in November and would beed it fixed before then and he agreed but never fixed my car. In may i flew to ******* to resolve this and he said he would hip the car part and cover the installation because my car is in lousiana. Its july and nothing has been shipped. Snd he blocked my phone number and wont return text or phone calls. He was the shop to repair my car from when it was totaled. I need the receipt from the purchase of my hood so can get a salvage title for my car he is also refusing to give me that information. I have a car the i haven't been able to drive since may because he wont give me the information i need for a vin inspection.

  I went to get my car side view mirror replacement (mirror cover, auxiliary, support ring, lower cover, mirror glass) on 03/19/2022. I bought all the parts then bring it to them to have a replacement. Before I brought the parts in, I already checked with them whether they can do the replacement for me. They told me yes. They went ahead to do the service but they couldnt separate some parts to finish the job. One of the guys tried to open with some tools for a quite long time but still couldnt do it. So I just left to the *** dealer to do the replacement. The dealer just unscrew to separate the mirror instead of like what the body shop did. They told me that the mechanic at the body shop messed up the mirror by not separating parts properly. Some parts were cracked and bent. Therefore I have to pay more to get the other parts of the side mirror to be fixed. I ask the body shop to pay for the difference to fix new problems which they made. They refused. The manager at body shop texted me that because I have not paid for any service so the shop will not take responsibility for it. Then later she talked to me on the phone that the guy, at her store try to replace the mirror, is not her employee. By any means, she is telling me her shop would not take any responsibility for their mistake.
