    Feb 18, 2022 I had a terrible experience. The guy (****? I don't remember him even giving his name) showed up unprepared, made excuses about not having everything he needed to do the work- I should have called it off right then. But I gave him a chance. He detailed both of our cars then we added on buffing out scratches and he said he probably couldn't get them all out. I said that's okay, if he can buff out the lighter scratches that's fine. He then buffed through the paint. He said she would fix it. Weeks go by with messages back and forth and the finally says he has the paint, even sends a photo of the receipt for paint, and said he will come and fix it. We plan around the weather since he doesn't have a shop. Then he disappears... doesn't respond to texts or calls. Totally unprofessional. I'm out nearly $700 and now need to spend that much or more to get this problem fixed by someone else. I don't want this company doing any more work on my cars, I don't trust them.

I would hope that you would look through my reviews  and see that I'm not the type to Abandon anyone .  I go out of my way and beyond for my customers. One my clients not too long ago lost both of her kids in a drunk driving accident and needed to have both of their cars cleaned up so she could sell them to cover the funeral costs. I figured losing her kids was hard enough and did the job for free. Aither customer of mine called to cancel her appt  because

    I met this business owner while he was working for a neighbor. I told him I needed a drivers side mirror installed & a large dent repaired. I had already purchased the replacement mirror. I also asked him to repair 2 side scratches and cracked tail light cover. He said hed fix it all. As his business is mobile we arranged for him to come to my home and do the work there. When he showed up to begin the work, he did not have the required tools. I loaned him mine. This was my 1st clue of his unprofessionalism. On this occasion, he installed the replacement mirror, made improvements to the dent and removed most evidence of the scratches. He said he needed to order the tail light piece and would get it off ***** He told me it was $50 more (see invoice), that I needed to pay for it in advance and it would arrive in a week. This was Sept 19, 2022. After a few days, I realized the mirror was wobbly and looked like itd fall off. He said hed come by but did not show up as scheduled. I had to keep texting him. Finally, he came by. Turns out he hadnt installed all the screws. He didnt have a screwdriver and had borrow mine. After fixing the mirror (although a s**** is still missing), he left without reinstalling an interior trim piece which had been removed to replace the missing screws. I asked him several times to come back to install it but he didnt. I also asked him where the ordered tail light was. He did not get back to me right away. He then did not show up as agreed. He never responded about the tail light. Eventually, I asked him to just drop off the interior trim and tail light and I would take care of it myself. He said he didnt like how I spoke to him and that I wasnt a priority. Over a month has gone by since he did the original work and ordered the tail light. He refuses to drop them off or refund me. I suspect he never ordered the part. I have filed a police report to no avail. I want him to return my missing interior trim piece and refund my $50

    Again apologies had I known bbb was trying to reach me I would have contacted one party or the other much sooner.  I returned the piece In question  like 3 weeks ago. I also left a check for $75  I placed it on the front steps.  I can get the exact date I left by the time stamp I took a picture  of the delivery in case something like this happened. I just can't  at the moment because of the  time limit on this response.   I need to look through my filesa bit to find it but will reach back out to bbb with  the picture and date I returned it.
