We had 2 defective batteries and the experience we had with Dakota customer service was perfect from start to finish. They helped with troubleshooting of the faulted batteries and the replacements were shipped quickly. They exceeded our expectation and we are very thankful.

I absolutely love my DL+ 12V 135AH and 36V 60AH batteries for my Vexus VX20 bass boat. The technical support staff have been extremely good in providing timely and detailed answers to questions regarding installation, charging, and battery care concerns.Review from Dan G

No receipt sent, got promotional brochure and battery instructions. No response to email nor do they don't take phone calls. This company seems like a scam, BBB needs to flag them as a "Chinese scam."Dakota Lithium Batteries Response

**** C I am really disappointed in the customer service. I performed all the multimeter readings they requested and now I've been ghosted. 5 days and no response. When you pay $1600 for a battery you expect service. The *********************** System, is obviously not working in my 63AH, 36V Lithium ION battery. I've tried two different Dakota battery chargers and the same result. Talk to a trolling motor service technician before buying a Dakota. The one I talked with said they see problems with them all the time.Review from Larry M

Unbelievable customer service!!!******************************************* is by far the best company I have dealt with for customer service and customer satisfaction. I purchased a product that didnt work as intended. I contacted service and they were quick to respond, informative, and ultimately far exceeded any expectation anyone could have possibly expected to rectify a less than ideal situation. Give it up to the power of Dakota Lithium Batteries and their customer support. When I needed a battery with the power and reliability to get me out to my Halibut grounds or take me back up current for another run at the salmon, I turned to Dakotas 12V 200amp hour battery to power my Old Town Auto Pilot 136 with spot lock.
