    An order (********) to Beyond Clothing for $1583 was submitted 11/29/22. One item was later refunded on 12/19/22 for $351 because they did not have the item in stock. On 1/20/23 a return of six items for $994.01 was sent via the **** Label Broker ID QR code provided on Beyond's return page (**** tracking **********************) and is shown delivered three days later on 1/23/23. It has now been seven weeks and I have not received my $994.01 refund, nor any confirmation that they have received the return.

    On December 17 2022 I placed an order for A9-U and A9-T pants totaling $231. On January 3 2023, *** marked the package delivered with an unknown signature. The order was delivered to my work address on base and at the time of delivery, only two people were at the building both who confirmed *** never came by when I went to pick the package up 1 hour later. Ive opened and re-opened the claim with *** four times without any help from them. I contacted Beyond Clothing for assistance on January 4 2023 and was told if I could not locate the order to let them know. After a few emails was told on January 9th that if the package could not be found a replacement would be sent out. After numerous emails and a request to send the replacement order to a residential address since I will be out of the state for training, I was told We will try to get that taken care of and was asked for the new address on January 12 2023. That is the last I have heard back from anyone at Beyond Clothing. I have tried emailing directly, replying to the ongoing conversation with ***** from Beyond, called their listed phone number and used the contact us form on their website. Any attempt I have made to see what is going on with my order has resulted in not hearing a single thing back. I understand *** claimed to deliver and didnt, but I also understand Beyond Clothings order fulfillment responsibility especially when I was told a replacement order would be sent out. It has been over 2 weeks since I have heard anything on my order, this is completely unacceptable. I have been patient and understanding and all I ask is to actually receive the order in which I paid for. This type of customer service behavior is highly inappropriate and uncalled for.

    I am a customer who purchased a product from ******************************. The company charged my credit card for the order. But they have not shipped the product too me, well outside their shipping policy stated on their website. I have tried emailing the company. And used their customer service portal to ask about my order. I have not received a reply for my questions. I want a refund for the Order.

    We have experienced a small delay due to moving warehouses and have experienced an influx of customer service inquiries. We are handling all requests as timely as possible. We did respond to this customer and we did process a refund and canceled the order per their request. See attachments.

    I spent $381 on a jacket from Beyond Clothing on 4NOV22. to date, i have received NO written update on the status of my order, and on their website my order shows solely as unfulfilled. i cant speak to the quality of their product, because ive never received it. calls to their storefront have redirected me to their website, and appeals on their website have NEVER been met with a response. i would steer my worst enemy away from this company, as i believe they are fraudulent - i am close to seeking litigation. i have a fair degree of patience but i cannot abide a complete lack of response from a company that i trusted $400 to.

    We have recently changed warehouse locations and are dealing with some inventory issues. The stock for A7 - Cold Jacket Advanced
    Multicam / M / Regular was misplaced and not found until last week. This is what led to the delay.
