PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS OR ANY ORGANIZATION RAN BY SEASIDE ENTERPISES. This organization has had several complaints filed against them for NOT PAYING THEIR employees, most of whom are younger people. It is dispicable to me that their conscience allows them to STEAL from kids that provided them with labor. They are either really terrible people or just incompetent. There are tons of coffee shops in *******, patronize one that is not run by thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was previously employed by this company and have experienced nothing but frustration and disrespect both while I was employed and since I decided to part ways. For starters, despite this company being located in downtown ******* and myself being a young woman, I was forced to work night shifts by myself - completely subject to whatever dangers may be imposed upon me. There was no back door to escape nor was I able to take any sort of break during my 7+ hours shifts. Additionally, during the first two weeks of employment, I received ZERO income from the credit card tip pool. This was a pre-arranged set up that management failed to mention to me upon employment and when it was mentioned, it seemed to be somewhat of a secret? At this point, I had already started working shifts by myself, so essentially all the tips I had earned by myself were being given to other people. On a similar note, I have yet to receive my final paycheck despite all my coworkers having received theirs on the designated payday. I contacted management and was asked to re-send my payment information (which I had given them weeks ago) and then told my paycheck will be given on the next payday, which was not specified to me. I have also seen ZERO dollars of my tips from that pay period, again, despite all my coworkers having received theirs. As I write this, I have not received a cent of compensation for hours I have already worked. In sum, I could not NOT recommend this company more. They treat their employees very poorly, have a high turn over rate, and operate (financially speaking) in a very suspicious way. I will be filing a formal complaint against them with every board I possibly can as their operations violation their employee's workers' rights and it is disgusting.
