Thank you for reaching out to us on this matter, I would just like our future customers to know that this work was performed by no limit **atings and not diesel Dudes llc. We Did not perform any service for ***** whatsoever so i would like everyone reading our response to take that into **nsideration. I ** own a powder **ating shop called No Limit **ating and ***** took her axles to no limit **atings to be powder **ated, ***** picked up the Axles after getting powder **ated and was unsure if it would match her other parts that she was going to have powder **ated but overall was happy with the work. ***** then paid for the axles and loaded them up into the truck. the customer of No Limit **atings took the axles home and sent some pictures of a few areas on the axles that she thought were off in **lor. We offered the customer to bring them back so we **uld take a look at the parts in person to determine if they need to be re done or not. the customer **uldn't bring us the parts back because they were in a time crunch and needed to get the truck done in time for a truck show **ming up. the customer installed all the parts on their truck, posted about how good all of it looks on their social media, pictures provided to show. now the customer is wanting a refund after they installed the rear axle in the truck in**rrectly and the rear axle isn't re-useable and they need to get a **mplete rear axle re powder **ated. This customer is trying to receive money back for a product that they already installed on their vehicle and damaged due to their own negligence. Pictures are provided of the work No Limit **atings provided for the customer, **lor is Jamaican teal, which is also a translucent **lor, lighting plays a big role in shades of **lor when looking at it under light or in a dark area. that is why No limit asked to see the part again in person. I hope everyone reading this will see the pictures and response and make up their own decision about what happened with this customer. and no limit **ating.
Thank you,

Complaint: 19903786the complaint is being filed against diesel dudes because the work was paid for to diesel dudes and there has been no solution to this issues. We have not once been satisfied with the color of these axles and have had another company redo them, we never would have asked for a refund if this work would have been redone, which we even offered to paid for the new axle since we did have to get another one but they refused to do the new axle and also refused to fix the other axle. We eventually asked for a refund because *** had to go out of my way to fix their mess up. So not only did I not get a discount on the powder coating in the first place, as we were told we would get, I am now out twice the money because I had to have another powder company fix their mistakes since their powder company refused to fix their issue. The photos shown provided by diesel dudes, are me being happy with all the other parts that were powdered on my truck by another company. In one of the photos, you can clearly see the mismatch color of the axle which is the work they provided I really do hope that this never happens to anyone else and if they do mess up your powder coat, they actually help you out to get it fixed.
Sincerely,

**** with Diesel Dudes reached out to my boyfriend when he realized we were powder coating a bunch of stuff on my truck but werent doing the axles, because I didnt want to.
He told ****** his guy that does powder has a point to prove on how good he is at powder coating axles and would give us a discounted price if we brought him the axles to powder.
I said, why the heck not since itll be a discounted price and obviously will be amazing work from the sounds of it.
We loaded up my axles, which isnt an easy task and took them 2 hours south of where we live to drop them off at his powder guys shop. We asked **** how much powder they would need and I had powder from prismatic shipped to ***** house which is next door to this shop that we dropped the axles off at.
Once the axles were done we were super excited to go pick them up. As you could imagine it is a very hard thing for us to get time to drive 2 hours one way to pick some very heavy parts up but we eventually made a plan on a Sunday to go get the axles. We reached out to **** to make sure the day worked for him and all was set and good.
Once we got down there **** all of a sudden had dinner reservations and wouldnt be free for half an hour. That was fine, we have friends down there so we stopped and got some food.
Over two hours went by and **** still was not available to let us pick the axles up. At this time it is dark outside and we are getting antsy because we work in the morning and its getting late.
Finally he says to meet them at the powder guys shop. Once we get there he opens this tiny little shop and has all my parts sitting on towels, not wrapped with anything so theyre super dirty and dusty I immediately got nervous.
Did I just agree to pay for a crappy powder job?? The lighting in the shop was awful, which I voiced and is on their security footage I even turned on the flashlight on my phone to try to get a better look but I still couldnt tell how the job was. **** and his powder guy assured us that everything was done correctly and measured out so I completely trusted this product would live up to their expectations as described.
We loaded the products up and I paid $800 to diesel dudes through PayPal, which is not in fact a discounted price. Maybe $50 taken off if it was an actual good powder job, which it was not.
If we had been able to pick the product up when we had told them we were coming we would have been able to use the daylight to see that the powder job was, in fact, awful. Unfortunately we did not notice this until we got back 2 hours north and got it into good light.
We reached out to **** and told him we were not happy and he got defensive right off the bat. Tried to tell us we didnt know what we were talking about and it was a good product, which it was no, I sent proof of the bad job and he still would not accept the terrible powder job.
We told him that we would deal with the powder as of right now because we needed the truck to make it to ***** in a week for a truck show that I specifically built my truck for.
On the way to *****, a rear bearing blew apart ruining the rear axle housing so unfortunately we were unable to make it and needed to purchase a new axle.
Knowing we needed a new rear axle we decided it would be a good time to reach out to **** and give him a chance to make the bad powder job right. We told him we would like them to powder the new axle, and redo the front axle. We didnt ask for this service for free but really hoped they would offer a discount since their work needed to be redone anyways.
**** completely denied us.
Not only would he not doing anything discounted for us, we offered to pay to have the new one done and the front one redone and he said he would not work with us.
I posted on Instagram about their terrible powder coating job so that anyone that thought about going to them would think twice and hopefully find somewhere better and more trustworthy.
I was told by multiple people to do a charge back on PayPal to try to get my money back since I have to another shop FULL PRICE to fix their mistakes.
So that is what I did, as of today 04/06 PayPal denied my claim for a charge back and **** and his powder coated have gotten off scotch free with a s***** job and my $800 while I have had to take the time and money to take their product to another shop and have them redone.
So now I am out $1600 because I trusted Diesel Dudes to get the job done right.
**** with Diesel Dudes did mention that we did not say who the person was that powdered the product. **** did not inform us that this person was not his employee so we later found out that the powder coating company is No Limit Coatingz owned by a guy named *********
