I all of a sudden started getting bills for service provided well over a year ago. I checked my online portal and have no outstanding bills. I know I have paid this bill yet I continue to get more bills.Ive tried to call, left voicemails, emails, and returned the bills with a note saying call me, email me, Ive been trying to get a hold of you and no response other than more bills. I need this resolved and have no recourse for support!

I have medical insurance through my employer and have been a patient at this location for about four years. Prior to it being Kinwell it was another doctors office and they were fair and didn't over charge. In January 2024, I received a bill from Kinwell, the first ever, which listed charges from December of 2022 to August of 2023 for $903.80. It was a bill for five appointments, some of which were well-child appointments. I realized that they were charging my insurance company upwards of $625 for one appointment. The December appointment showed that I received an immunization and a vaccination which is untrue. I called their office to speak to someone about this bill which was completely unexpected and overpriced but there was no option to speak to someone. I was told by the automated directory that I would have to leave a voicemail and then communicate via an online portal, for which I have no interest in using, nor am I familiar with it. I canned again and spoke to someone who gave me another number which he stated would direct me to billing. That number has been off the hook every single time I have called it since. They continue to send me bills but refuse to communicate with me regarding those bills. Furthermore, their unfair billing practices are shameful. My insurance covers about 70% of my appointment costs, according to their billing and the fact that I spent 5-10 minutes with a provider while there should be taken into their billing considerations. I am also unclear as to why I would be billed 13 months after an appointment, for the first time. I would like someone to contact me personally regarding this ridiculous bill.
