Poor customer service. We are now navigating how to get our divorce finalized ourselves.After raising our concerns, we were not given any form of resolution besides a refund for a filing fee.Overall, our experience with Divorce Without Court was extremely frustrating.

Ms. ****** - Our processes and directions were not followed. We warned that would cause delays if you didn't follow directions.
We do not control the court system. Our service is "Divorce Without Court."
You can upload your own paperwork to the court system for FREE. We uploaded your paperwork for you as a FREE courtesy. Then you didn't follow our directions. Not following our directions caused the delay. It's in our handout, the website, and I go over it in every meeting.
We uploaded your paperwork once as a courtesy. When you didn't follow directions, we couldn't do anything more. We gave you back your filing fee. Now you will have to use the FREE court service to finish your paperwork.
You then started badgering us all over social media asking for a refund of all the other fees for all the other non-court related work.
That's like someone asking for a refund of their entire wedding cost because someone coughed and ruined the vows!
We do not owe you anything more than the filing fee. We could have continued to help you, for free, as a courtesy, if you had followed our processes. We can't help you for free when you don't follow our directions.

Anyone can upload their own paperwork to the court system for FREE. We uploaded paperwork as a FREE courtesy. Then the client didn't follow our directions. Not following our directions caused the delay. It's in our handout, the website, and I go over it in every meeting.

If our directions are not followed, then we can't help someone for free. Continuing to provide free work after our directions have not been followed will just make it impossible for us to help everyone else.
