            CARD KINGDOM BUY AND SELL CARDS. I LISTED 49 CARDS FOR SALE $262.83. THE CARDS WERE SENT TO CARD KINGDOM IN *****************. THE CARDS WERE ASSESSED AND I WAS OFFERED $183.73, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. NOT THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT. THIS $183.73 WAS OFFERED AS A CREDIT. THIS MEANS I NEED TO PURCHASE ***** PAY CARRIAGE AND ANY TAXES TO RECEIVE THE BENEFIT OF SENDING MY CARDS ABROAD. I SELECTED THE ***** I REQUIRED THREE WEEKS AGO AND QUITE A FEW E-MAILS LATER I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO COMPLETE MY PURCHASE. ON THE BUY PAGE, HAVING PICKED MY PURCHASES, IT SAYS "PROCEED TO CHECK OUT". ON THE FOLLOWING PAGE IT ASKS FOR A COUPON CODE, I DO NOT HAVE A COUPON CODE. A NUMBER OF E-MAILS HAVE GONE BACK AND FORTH BUT THE GUY "****" DOES NOT WANT THE PURCHASE TO GO AHEAD FOR SOME REASON. HE HAS MENTIONED OTHER CLIENTS EXPERIENCING THE SAME OR SIMILAR ISSUES. SO WITH PRACTICE YOU WOULD EXPECT THESE ISSUES TO BECOME EASIER TO RESOLVE EACH TIME THEY OCCUR. IT WOULD BE VERY DISAPPOINTING IF BECAUSE I AM IN ******* THAT THIS IS A DELIBERATE PLOY TO HOPE THAT I WOULD ABANDON MY INTEREST AND WALK AWAY.              it would appear that the reason my order was not fulfilled was a lack of stock. If you have not got it then you cannot send it. Why this was not checked is a bit of a mystery but there you go. The order has been changed and will be dispatched shortly. Many thanks for your help, ***.

            I sent Card Kingdom a set of cards to sell, they informed me that one of the cards I sent was a counterfeit, but they provided no metric or information on how they arrived at this conclusion, they refuse to pay me for the item, and they refuse to return it.

            You sent in a purchase order with 122 cards and we paid you for ************************************************** was counterfeit and we are unable to pay you for this card. We are also unable to return it to you, as per our counterfeit policy, which you can view here: https://cardkingdom.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/3000096821-what-happens-if-my-cards-are-determined-to-be-counterfeit- 

             

            This card will be destroyed, which as we mentioned in our email, we will be happy to provide proof of if desired. The card was determined as counterfeit because it is not on Magic card stock and the glue layer inside the card is black rather than blue. We often see counterfeits of this type for sale through websites like wish.com, for example.

             

            If you would like proof of destruction please notify our Customer Support team that contacted you originally about the counterfeit card. Thank you for your time and understanding.

            On 3/30/22 I purchased an assortment of Magic cards from this business. Most of the order was fine, but one card (Ancient Animus) arrived so warped as to be illegal for play. On 4/4 when the order arrived, I contacted support and they shipped a replacement card.On 4/9, the replacement card arrived, and was even more warped than the original. I again contacted support, who are now refusing to replace the unusable card. They are trying to deflect with store credit and refunds when all I am asking for is the playable card that I ordered.Ticket numbers relating to this order are ****** and ****** (Card not in described/playable condition)
