DO NOT HIRE:Doors installed on 12.11.2023. Contractor did not honor their warranty outlined in their Contract, nor did they make an effort to return to the job when notified THE NEXT DAY and 3 months of follow **** of defective work/missing hardware on door components under tension. Fast forward to 7.23.2024, my door is binding and not closing properly after minimal use, and was told I'm SOL as they're "Out of business" and they would not honor the warranty. Now I have to find a REPUTABLE contractor to fix and finish a project they got paid for. This contractors word and handshake are worthless.Review from steve k

Warning - DO NOT USE Jonathans Garage Door Services. After waiting 3 months for my new garage door to arrive, Jonathan Spreadborough knowingly installed a damaged (dented) door (see picture) without telling me first, then after removing my old door and installing the new one he informed me of the damage while at the same time demanding payment. I should have been told it was damaged BEFORE he installed it so I could reject it and wait until a new one wcould be installed. To make matters worse, he also informed me the door (Clopay Modern Steel 9138) has an issue with "Eurethane Expansion" which causes the panels to warp. Now I am stuck with a dented AND warped door. I asked Jonathan to refund my money (denied) or to change to a different door from the same manufacturer (denied). Now in my 5th month since ordering and he says my recourse is a warranty claim. He should never have installed the door to begin with, and has involved me in a conflict I should not be in. I recommend using someone else with the integrity to alert their customer immediately upon discovering any damage, so they have the opportunity to accept or reject prior to installation, and someone who prioritizes standing behind their customer.
