Their office manager lied about a few things and committed false advertisement. The front office staff will make you pay for things up front out of pocket, even if you have excellent dental and medical insurance. They promise to bill your insurance after the appointment, then refund you any money the insurance sends, but based on the evidence Ive seen, this isnt true. The front office claimed they billed my insurance, but its been over 42 days since my appointment, and my insurance still has no record of ever receiving a single claim from this office, regardless of pending, or accepted or rejected claim status. I have given this office my insurance info multiple times now as well, so I know them not having it isnt the problem. They shouldnt claim to work with peoples insurance if that is not the case. This office has the right to go insurance free if they choose, if they discontinue using false advertising about accepting insurance companies. Also, be forewarned that they charge a great deal for their products and services compared to other offices, especially when they have a front office that claims to work with billing insurance, when Ive seen that not to be true.

Regarding our office, all patients are informed at the time of scheduling that we are considered out-of-network with all insurances, meaning that patients do pay at the time of service. If they have any out-of-network coverage with their insurance, then we will bill the insurance for the patient. These are points of our offices financial policy which the patient did sign. Please see attached document for our full financial policy.

We bill insurance as a courtesy for the patient if they have out of network coverage. Regarding the claims made here, we originally submitted the insurance claim on 09/09/2024 via **** mail to the insurance provider. Once we were informed the insurance company has not received the claim we attempted to resubmit the claim. The claim has since been resubmitted to insurance on 10/22/2024 via **** mail. As of today, 10/30/2024, the claim is still not appearing in the online portal where we can check claim status. We will contact the insurance to see if there is another way to send the claim over as it seems they are unable to receive the claim via the mail. The patient can also submit to their own insurance as well.
