            RE: Order: *****************. I submitted the webform with the ******** $5 off discount code. The reward was supposed to be ready to use after 2 hours, it said. It wasn't. Credit my credit card for $5.00. Also, I ordered chips and salsa but didn't get them with my order, because the fryer at the restaurant was down, so the chips and salsa reward should go back to my Qdoba account.

            Placed an online order at 8pm on 8/20/22 for the location at **********************************************. When I went to pick it up(during normal business hours) all the lights were off and I had assumed they were perhaps understaffed and had to close early. I began to drive off when all the sudden lights turned on. I made eye contact with employees inside the building however the door was locked and I could not enter. I proceeded to watch them turn the lights on and off & poke their heads up to see if i was still standing outside waiting. I even went to tropical cafe next store and they told me they have the same regional manager and also verified they should have been open. I would have just let it go but we had already paid for our food on the app prior to arriving(order #*****************). We have reached out to customer service(****************************************************************************** multiple times now without receiving any sort of response. I guess I will have no choice but to dispute the transaction with my bank since this company clearly does not operate a business with integrity. Stay away!
