After working for them, this place is the last you should use to move. Imagine a crew picking up a homeless guy that smells like he ****** himself and having a guy with no possessions handle yours. None of them actually own much of anything other than clothes, and you're expecting them to understand how important your dead mom or dads possessions are. It's a garuntee something will be broken unless it's in a hard plastic tote. Things get mixed-up and some customers don't get their property or get someone else's. They always charge extra and that's usually where customers feel like they're getting shafted and it goes downhill from there. Once it happened to a guy with disabilities and it was sickening. They say down below they don't work in *******, that's a lie. I was sent there for 3 days and it turned into getting back day 9. They lie and say your move got put on a semi and that the semi couldn't make it in your neighborhood and charge you a shuttle fee when it never left the truck. They decided to short my pay which is why I'm writing this. They switched from hourly to daily pay on out of town trips without telling me a reason or option. Completely taken advantage of in that regard because they say "its a 2 day drive" but the more ground you cover to get home faster or get their truck back faster is a waste. Did some 8/9 am until midnight/2 am for 300$ when i signed up for 23$/25$ hourly helper/driver. They'll move a family across country then use what's app to find orders going back towards *******. After we dropped off in *******, we got 3 orders in *******, dropped 1 off on way to vegas, and grabbed 2 more in las vegas so its a flat out lie when they say they dont work in AZ or any other state. If it was me, I'd rent a ************** unless you like disappointment, terrible communication, lies, broken or missing possessions, and a **** about twice higher than expected. It's a cash business cause everything is under the table. They need a real manager

They are liars, they do not respond and they choose when to pick up your calls. They have had my stuff for a month now and has been promising me with delivery dates yet they do not show up. If I try contacting them, they block me number and do not return my calls. I have been lied to, they took my money and I still have not received my stuff. I have pleaded with them to at least let me come pick up my stuff but they refuse to give me the location of their warehouse. They told me I will get it in a week which has been lies. I packed up some of my medications because they assured me I will get it within a week and now its been a month and I still have not gotten it. Now I keep going in and out the ** and they do not care. I mean why accept a deal if you know you cannot fulfill it,? Now they have my stuff, my money and they are not responding to me. Im not sure when I will get it and where my things are?

We actually hired All Coast Moving and they contracted to JJ Moving and Storage. From the beginning it has been one lie after another. We made arrangements a month in advance and they still did not pickup on time. They told us a day before they would be there between 10a-11a the next day, then we received a text in the morning that it would be later in the afternoon. We called and was told the manager on duty would get back to us with update, never happened. We called again and were told they should be there soon. They eventually arrived at 7:50pm and did not get done until 1:45am and we had most everything already boxed and wrapped up. When the were done they said we took up more space than what was quoted and we needed to Venmo more money. Which we did without hesitation because we need to be out of the house. When we arrived at our destination we were unable to find housing right away so we ended up renting a storage unit. We called and told them we were ready for our stuff on May 16th and they said they could not get it to us until June 1 or 2nd. That day came around and they did not deliver so we contacted them again to let them know we were going to be out of town until the June 5th. They told us it would be delivered on Monday June 6th, no show so we called again and was told they will get back to us and its June 9th still no word and no answer from ***** or Driver. Every time we call ***** or the driver gives us a different answer if they even answer the phone, text etc. worst experience ever and still dont have our belongings.

THEYRE SCAMMING PEOPLE, DONT DO IT!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM This has been one of the worst experiencesever. They(**** **** is the company that set us up w/JJ) take advantage of people in venerable situations, make promises that they refuse to keep, and hire 3rd party movers that will smoke weed in your home while youre in a different room (JJs moving, I believe theyre based out of *******) and added boxes to the truck(uhaul) that we did not pack. They(JJs) placed stickers on misc items and wrote that they were large boxes(found out today when stuff was dropped off 2 months after pick up, and $2,000 more than we were quoted [note that our quote included much more than we thought we were going to bring. Gave a lot away to cut down costs] no warning that they were finally here w/belongings and demanded payment or theyd charge $500 a day until we paid for delivery). No updates throughout the months of calling and waiting, being hung up on, and charged w/o consent to cards on file. *********** ******** *** was who dropped off. When I was told that I needed to sign the paperwork that clearly states by signing you agree everything was in good shape etc, I asked where I needed to document damages before signing. I recorded what I could of what followed, it was ugly. The man that owns the company yelled at me to sign and give him his piece of paper. I (f) was alone with my two children(both under 3y) and they were an hour latebut I was holding him hostageafter they were another hour late, by simply filling out the paperwork. He snatched away the other form, called police-when the police asked him for the other forms on my behalf, he flat out lied and said he didnt have any other paperwork of mine. In this, short, summary, I hope the gist is out there- DO NOT HIRE THEM. DONT EVEN CALL FOR A QUOTE!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM Im not sure if that got your attention, but I truly hope this helps?? Happy **** Easter22
