    I ordered something from Olivia Marks on 12/21/24, a sequin coat, and included in the order's notes field that if the order could not be guaranteed by a delivery date of 12/31 then to please cancel the order. I ordered the item for an event, and didn't have a need for it after 12/31. The order was place, even though the company could not guarantee delivery by 12/31. When I saw that the order was placed, then shipped, and had an ETA after 12/31, I immediately responded to the vendor stating that I'd requested in notes to cancel if a 12/31 delivery date couldn't be accommodated. The company was not able to stop the delivery, and it arrived on 1/3. I've been in touch to ask about returning this, as it was not my fault they shipped, after I'd asked they do not ship if 12/31 delivery was not possible to guarantee. The *** from Olivia Marks will not flex on their refund policy, which does not include the original shipping cost or the cost to ship back. They stated: "Generally, once your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will include the estimated delivery timeframe. However, please note that this timeframe is for reference only. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee that the package will arrive within the estimated period, as shipping may be affected by various unforeseen circumstances." (I did get this email, saw the delivery estimate was Jan 4-7 and immediately submitting a message to the company explaining I'd included a note about delivery and to please cancel) "Additionally, the order notes section is intended for customers to specify any special requirements regarding the shipping address, product size, or color preferences. Our warehouse team will process orders based on the information provided in the notes to ensure the requirements are met." (I included a note about shipping, and they apparently ignored it and shipped anyway)I'm looking for help to get a full refund on return.

    I am very disappointed in the service that I received concerning this order. I placed this order on 7/20/24, paid for the order and received an email confirming receipt of the order and payment for the order. There was no indication that the jacket was out of stock. I would have never paid for the jacket, knowing that it was not available. I sent an email on 7/28/24 requesting an update on the delivery for my order. I then get an email from Rock Every Style, advising me that the jacket was out of stock. I purchased this jacket for a very important event, therefore I had been waiting for the order to come. So if I had not reached out concerning the order, I would have never known about the status of "Jacket out of Stock". I asked for a refund on the order, to no avail. The only response I got from the customer service department was to make another selection (from your recommendation) and you would expedite the order. Since you did not refund my money, I agreed to select another jacket. You sent four (4) jackets to choose from. The first jacket I chose was not available. I had to again, make another selection. So, I finally received the jacket on 8/8/24. Now you are telling me I can't get a refund, the cost to return is $28.00 and the only other option is for you to refund me 8% of the amount I paid for the jacket (which calculates to approximately $4.00). Please understand, I am a first time customer and I am very disappointed in all of these transactions surrounding my order. I will not accept $4.00 refund

    Original order(s) were placed on 04/22/2024 I have two times where the company falsely claimed that my order was delivered. I have received two fake tracking websites from this company with spelling errors and false dates. I even have a screenshot of a "update" on my "order" from a date in the future. I have requested a full refund from this company and have not received my items or my refund.

    Order a dress off their website which says its from ******* but really coming from *****. Did not find out until I got the package. I order a 2xl in a dress and the dress I received it's an small at best. I asked for a refund because the dress sent is not as described. They refuse to give me a full refund and only offer 25% or to send back to ***** which I would have to pay out of pocket. Do not order from this site as the sizes are not correct and will not refund you for sending you a bad product. What they sent me was an small. Don't order from here

    I purchased a shirt from this company that was falsely advertised. Upon receiving the item, I noticed that it was a completely different material and looked nothing as the advertised photo. The color, material, and style was completely different. I contacted the company to begin the return process and shipped the shirt back at my own expense. The tracking number shows proof of delivery on the 22nd of September. Since then Ive been requesting a refund and the customer service representative has come up with various reasons to delay my refund. They have not responded to my most recent refund request which is why I have chosen to report the company.

    5/29/2023 Paid ***** Order number *********** I made a purchase from the store and the website states that the company is in ********** state in *******. I wanted to make a return and the company offered store credit or a percentage of my money back if I melt the item. I requested a return and the return address is in *****. To ship the item back to ***** is $13 more than it would be to ship it to **********. This is ver misleading. I would it have purchased from them if I had known they were located in *****.

    I brought a swimsuit from Oliviamark.com I emailed them my exact sizes to get correct suit and it ridiculously huge on the bottom, although I gave my measurements and I asked for label to return it it has not been worn as the bottoms were obviously huge they told me they dont take returns and wont return my monies. So suggested sent a small bottom the top although badly made and the white inside on right shows all the way down on one side, but it sort of fits send small size but they havent replied to that so I feel completely ripped off I would like to have my money back or get small size bottom .. Thats just fair and they sent incorrect size
