Unscrupulous and extreme targeting of individuals for the sole purpose of making money from issuing parking tickets. Ticket was issued 8 minutes after the time expired. Targeted and creeepy violation of privacy. This is a large parking lot where there are some spots that are 2 hour parking and a random few are 30 minutes with NO parking in the individual stalls to indicate 30 minute parking. Will not speak to customers on the phone to dispute ********************** tickets but are forced to submit an appeal online which is automatically denied. You are not given any opportunity to plead your case again after the initial denied appeal. People should be given an opportunity to explain. This is a fradulant one sided practice.Review from Ashley N

Zero stars Rude. Predatory. Sitting in my car preparing to leave and pay for parking I had the app open. As there were no signs of pricing. An unidentified person came up to my car taking photos. No uniform, never announced who he was etc. all he yelled at us was you want ticket ticketdidnt even speak English. Tried to explain that Im In process of leaving my car and I havent parked officially. And he put a ticket on my car and charged it double. I disputed to customer ********************** and all they did was say I need to pay ***** which is absolutely ridiculous as I ended up not even parking there as the agent was rude!! I told customer ********************** they can just send it to collections and the customer ********************** response was unprofessional, unproductive and ridiculous.Diamond Parking Services, LLC Response

Parked in Visitor Parking at a Condo Unit. Was in a rush. Signage was small and deceptive, under the Large Visitor Parking Sign. A good money making business for Diamond ParkingDiamond Parking Services, LLC Response

They posted signage in their parking lot that the first two hours of parking are free only to give my wife a $75 ticket for not registering the car on a phone app. At no point was apparent that you had to register on a phone app to park for free. This is a scam that needs to end.Diamond Parking Services, LLC Response

Parking SCAM -- ********************************************************* False and deceptive practices. QR code on parking sign directed me to a website that was a scam. In addition to my parking fee payment, the website was advertising a media subscription for $99.00 that website claimed "would not be charged to my credit card." I did not trust submitting my credit card information knowing that I might very well be charged for this *************** good faith, I stood at parking lot for 10+ minutes trying to make my payment. Why does your company willingly confuse, deceive, and extort money from people who want to do the right thing? To this end, I have filed a complaint with the City of Boise and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for the above-mentioned practices. Interestingly, Diamond Parking is not accredited with the BBB. Your corporate website touts the following mission statement: Looking ahead, we celebrate our past and welcome a new future of innovation and excellence. We understand that the shift to geo-targeting, mobile marketing and online reputation management becomes a strategic imperative to increase revenues, build market share and maintain brand loyalty.I give your reputation an F for greed and lack of innovation. If you wanted to improve your reputation, to the likes of **********, you would provide accuracy and transparency for online payment for your all of your parking locations.Diamond Parking Services, LLC Response

This company uses misleading signage practices. I believe they do this to make money through issuing predatory tickets. These misleading tactics should not be allowed. They also lack in customer **********************. I would give zero stars if I could. The amount of complaints this company has against them is crazy but understandable.Diamond Parking Services, LLC Response

I parked and paid per the ** code app. I have the screen print of the "parking pass" and the credit card charge. I still got a ticket. I will be calling the City of ****** to determine who controls Diamonds local business license. With all these BB complaints and ridiculous 5-day appeal constraint, their business model is clearly predatory.Diamond Parking Services, LLC Response

They are running a scam. They issued a ticket two minutes after my parking ran out. Didn't even gave me a chance to renew it. And when I called to dispute, there answer was as a courtesy we have reduced your ticket to $30. Have the worst customer ********************** agents who don't even have the decency to empathize with people who paid for parking, but didn't even get the chance to renew them.Diamond Parking Services, LLC Response

Hi ******,Thanks for reaching out. I hope this message finds you well. I have personally emailed you as well with my ticket and receipt.I attempted to dispute the ticket because, as shown on the details, I received the violation only two minutes after my parking expired. Unfortunately, I didnt have the opportunity to extend my parking in time. When I reached out to your customer ********************** team to explain the situation, I was informed that the fine could be reduced to $30 because I had allegedly called 30 minutes after the ticket was issued. However, this information is not accurate. I attempted to call right away but couldnt get through to anyone, and doing further research I found out that your office does not open until 8 AM PST (9 AM MST, my local time), which made it impossible for me to reach anyone sooner. The experience with the customer ********************** team was also quite frustrating, as I felt there was little understanding or empathy for my situation. Given that I was just minutes late, I believe it would have been reasonable to allow me an opportunity to explain myself or pay a fine equivalent to the amount of extending my ticket which I came out do, when I found the ticket.I sincerely hope you can understand my position and assist me in resolving this matter fairly. I appreciate your time and consideration, and I look forward to your response.Kind regards ******Review from Adam H

I will be pursuing fraud charges through the proper legal channels. You scammed the wrong person.I am a paying customer. However, in this occasion, it was impossible to pay. There were zero physical pay stations at the location (parking garage at 550 ******), and the few present signs indicated that payment must be made through ParkWhiz. The signs gave two ** codes and the web address for ParkWhiz (*************************). Neither of the ** codes worked. The website given was broken. I am familiar with building websites such as these, and I can tell that this payment site is completely non-functional. Similar to a scam website. I have two exhibits for evidence.I filed a dispute and it was denied. The reason given was that I should have paid as soon as my tires made contact with their parking ****** previously stated, I will go scorched earth (legally) on your "business." The United Nations will need to make a binding resolution to stop me. VPD, ****, and why not throw Consumer Protection BC in the first round, too.Cheers.Diamond Parking Services, LLC Response

I was charged a $86 ticket for parking in a spot that was for overhead vehicles. There was very unclear signage to identify the parking spot was for overhead vehicles, the person ticketing me as I was sitting in my car about to leave. I attempted to discuss this issue with the person ticketing me, and he said I need to call the company. I called the company over five times and could not get through. I emailed the company and they requested me to submit a form for a dispute. The form wasn't working for me and I had no way of getting help with this issue. Awful company looking to make money off of people with parking tickets.Diamond Parking Services, LLC Response
