            Company claims to have a 12 month warranty and after 3.5 months of regular use with the product I reported that I have cared for the product as advised and there is still a defect with it and they will not honor the warranty.

            Hi there,

            Our reusable stainless steel products are made from premium, food-grade 304 stainless steel. Rust can appear due to the below reasons:

            Improper cleaning: When dirt is not removed, or the surface is not thoroughly rinsed and dried after cleaning, it can allow iron – found in most water – to react to the oxygen in the air, causing rust. This can also occur if the product is in a humid/moist environment for prolonged periods. We strongly recommend ensuring the bases and straws are dried and store in a dry place once cleaned.

            Scrubbing the surface with steel wool or wire brush: When this process is used to clean stainless steel, particles are embedded onto the surface. Rust can form when these particles are exposed to humid air or moisture. It's possible there may be some build-up occurring in those hard-to-reach places. Something else to try to clear this would be to soak your bottle in a mix of vinegar and bi-carb soda solution with warm water, and then scrub with a brush or mildly abrasive sponge for a deeper clean.

            Per our warranty, we cover any manufacturing faults. The customer is experiencing cosmetic damage in regards to rust on the exterior of the bottle due to improper care which is not covered as this is due to customer fault.

            I am rejecting this response because:
            I originally stated to the company that I properly cleaned the water bottle and always thoroughly dried it and I am still experiencing the defect.

            I ordered some mugs that were to be personalized from this business. I saw them on Good Morning America and placed the order 4/23/2020. My order number is #GFG4890. The very next day, 4/24/2020, they took $49.96 out of my account but I have not received any product. I have been unable to reach anyone to find out what happened to my order. I have been able to leave a message but I have not heard from anyone.

            The business advises that there is a one year warranty from date of purchase. The item is faulty and still within warranty period. When they eventually responded to initial emails after almost six months, they advised that they won't honor their warranty
