Seattle's worst Airbnb. This hovel is infested with spiders (expect to see three daily), fruit flies, ants, red mites, ***************** Yes, LEECHES. Bathroom doors do not shut and are crooked. Sink downstairs has no drain plug & is chipped with loose faucets and towel bar. Tile in the shower does not meet the floor. Paint is streaked where someone painted over water damage. Window in the living room is missing a crank handle. Sconces have exposed wires. Gas oven works improperly; flames go out on lower settings. Microwave is peeled and sticks out above the door. Soap (stingily provided) is in broken dispensers. Upstairs there are no window coverings for the bathroom, and work crews stare. 9pm quiet rule does not apply to the neighbors who rev their engines & shine lights into the windows. Bedding is soiled with food/mystery stains. Pillows are yellow and have a bad odor. Slats fall out of the bed. Shower curtains smell as if someone used them instead of toilet paper to clean themselves. Plungers reek like body waste. Household cleaner has to be asked for multiple times. Carpet has stains. Walls have soft spots. Pony wall & railing that separates the dining area is loose. Mind you, the owner describes this low-rent dwelling as upscale. Perhaps they meant the ******* scale since the kitchen view is of the next-door neighbor that has no ***************** ******* with paper nailed down instead. Nothing says upscale like a bug-infested home with holes in the *************** because someone watched HGTV and thought they could make a dollar for themselves. This place is truly a dump in every sense of the word. I suppose the clue should have been the recycling and garbage bins that were full outside the front door. After asking ***** for clean linens, someone finally came by to change" the bedding, however all that ******* did was bring the bedding from the place they have next door and re-make the bed with stained laundry. There is no on-street parking as advertised.
