My car was broken into, stolen, damaged. It was repaired by *************************. They (Ace) recommended Stereo Warehouse to repair this Initially, on Saturday April 1, 2023, I called Stereo Warehouse. They told me to come on in, that they weren't busy. When I got there, they refused to do it, saying they were too busy. They took my money, around 500 dollars for a Viper alarm system made a future appointment for the install. I only lost maybe 90 or so minutes out of my day. On Friday, April 7, I got up, early, drove the long trek out there, walked in the door about ten minutes early. I waited over 3 hours in their lounge, At noon, I got the brusque sales guy to head with me out to the car, and he grudgingly showed me how to operate it. He told me a couple of things about the hatchback and the broken factory alarm that turned out to be incorrect upon actual test, and the installer walking out and getting involved. At home, I waited until after dark, to check for the blinking light. It's not working. There is no sign that it is armed; no deterrent for a thief Saturday, April 8, I called out there at 10 am. They were rude, discourteous. I told them it was a horrible customer experience. The sales guy swore at me, told me to 'calm the f*** down', called me an *******, and hung up on me. Note that I only raised my voice to try to get a word in edgewise; he repeatedly interrupted my sentences. I never used any ad-hominems, no name-calling, no swearing. The experience was horrible from start to finish. My ask is for the BBB to get involved, and get them to send an installer to my home to fix my car's alarm. I don't want to go out there ever again, and have a face-to-face with the sales guy. I was not the first to be discourteous, but I cannot talk to that guy again. Just have them make it right. Please get them to fix this problem, and don't make me drive there again.

Stereo Warehouse owners ******* and ************************* as extorted money out of me by use of the Intoxalock Ignition interlock machine that was ordered by the Court. Without ********************** authority ******* and ****** has took hundreds of dollars from me by illegally charging me excessive fines and fees without the Judge/Courtroom permission for 14 months. The breathalyzer machine was only supposed to be in my car until March 1, 2022. After notifying the sentencing judge what they were doing last October 2022. The Court closed my case effective immediately stating i paid for crime and i owe the court nothing nor anyone else. **************** has been still today blackmailing me sending me phone calls every week and refusing to take the machine off my car, holding my car hostage until i finish paying. ****************** and ****** do not have authority by the Washington State Legislature nor **************** Courts nor **************** law to continue to blackmail me for money as i'm a African American male. Nor do he has authority to stop me from driving my work van by keeping the machine on my car until i pay him after the courts closed the case.
