    I took my 2016 *** **** to chuck olson *** ********* and I was met with discrimination and lies regarding the engine recall which must be repaired by august. Twice the dealer refused to do the repair as he was concerned about payment. I verified that my car must be repaired and the Olson *** continues to refuse to repair my car and they lied about communication with *** corporate because I just had the corporate on a three way call with *** and myself where the service woman, whom had lied to me 20 minutes prior got caught lying to corporate! Now the case must be escalated. Chuck Olson should not be in business with *** as he is refusing to perform mandatory recall repairs.

    Her warranty status showed the recalls already performed in ********** where she bought it.
    After re-checking and inspecting the software we discovered that it was not performed.

    The recalls were completed yesterday.

    I bought a car on 2/2/23. Within my 30days Ive had to get a headlight replaced, new rotors, my front window motors are bad, instead of replacing the motors they only greased the tracks in the windows. I told them multiple times my ****** is slipping. My oil was at 29% so took it somewhere else to get the oil changed. The other place told me my ****** fluid is burnt (blk and should be pink) they also suggest I get a new rear differential. Took the car back into the dealership and they told me the ****** fluid is supposed to be black. I have kids that ride in this car daily and its not safe to drive. They never disclosed any of these issues Im having with this car before I purchased it. Had they told me I would have either asked them to fix them or I wouldnt have purchased at all. I have everything documented both from the dealership and Grease monkey.

    Customer copy of transmission inspection shows normal operation.   Customer's partner threatened our employees and became combative and was consequently asked to leave our premises.

    I am rejecting this response because: I took my vehicle into a reputable mechanic and they told me I need a whole new transmission among other things that is wrong. At this point I just want to return the vehicle with a full refund.
