            A person is using my address fraudulently for their Snoqualmie casino cresent club and the person, ***************************** does not have my consent to do this. When calling the casino, they stated they needed to have me come there in person to show ID to prove my address. However, if I used any of my other two recent addresses those would also not show them my current address. The casino customer service stated I need to come in with ID to verify my address with ID. I do not have the time time to make a 3hr round trip to the casino to confirm. The patron has never lived at this address.

            This communication is in response to complaint #******** filed by ******************* with the Better Business Bureau. Mr. ******** is requesting that Snoqualmie Casino remove contact information for a person by the name of *****************************. Mr. ******** indicates that ***************************** is fraudulently using his address without his permission. He would like this to stop.

            After a review of this complaint, it has been determined that this address:

            ************************************* E
            ******, ** 98446

            had been provided to the Snoqualmie Casino by ***************************** through a government issued form of identification. We are unable to make changes to the account held by ***************************** without her consent. This contact information has also been verified through the ************* ************** as the most accurate address. It is likely at some point in time that ***************************** did live at the location that Mr. ******** indicates, however,no longer does.

            Should Mr. ******** feel that his information is being used unlawfully by *****************************, we encourage him to seek the advice of local law enforcement and potentially file a report with them.

            I am rejecting this response because: I know the owners of the property and they confirmed that ***************************** has never legally been a tenant at this address at any time. Because of this, Snoqualmie casino is now assisting in this fraudulent use of my address. This is unacceptable. I am not in contact with *****************************. I have filed a case with USPIS and may be seeking damages.
