If I could five the company a negative 5 star review I would. I ordered $1,300 in carpet from homedepot and was told home solutions would be scheduling an install. Inwas scheduled for June 2nd after being told it would be the end of May, no big deal. I was called the day before the 2nd and was told I was being rescheduled due to an employee have a family emergency. I was a bit upset at this point but understood and rescheduled for June 7th. June 6th got a call saying I was being rescheduled again due to an employee getting a fever and them not having any other installers to come out. I was again upset but agreed to reschedule to the following Tuesday June 14th. I was told the installer would show up between 9am -11am. At 10: 30am I got a call from home solutions saying they had to reschedule AGAIN due to the installers vehicle braking down. At this point I am VERY upset and Said this is unacceptable *** they needed to find a way to get an installer here. I called homedepot saying the same thing and they agreed that they need to rent a truck and do the job. Around 2pm that day I contacted homedepot again and they said with it being so late in the day **** solutions wouldn't be coming out and that ibwas reschedule for Thursday the 16th. Home solutions never called me the day before to confirm so the morning or the 16th I called and confirmed they would be here between 9am and 11:30am. They showed ** in an unmarked white van and met my father at the door. They saw thr furniture in my livingroom was still in there and said they won't be moving it. I told home solutions many times when being rescheduled that I had moved into my home and that there was furniture they would have to move. The installers refused to move it and went to sit in their van. I called their office they told me the installer said he was met with rudness and was uncomfortable and wouldn't be doing the job *** that I would have to rescheduled AGAIN! this company is c*** and have unreliable workers!

I purchased carpet in ******** ** on dec 3 2021 we told home solutions would be calling to arrange install. They called and advised us we needed to get an asbestos test then called back and said it was negative and they were ready too install the carpet in January. We settled on an install date in 02/14/2022. That Friday 02/11 they called to verify install on monday. No one showed so we called and they said our carpet was not in. It was there in January so we called the place where we purchased it they confirmed it was there. We called hone solutions who said its not there and you are not getting it installed today!We then called the manager where we purchased the carpet and he got the ball rolling. ***************** short within 5 minutes they miraculously found out carpet, when the installer came he said it was in his shop and he just found it but he had signed for it. He then was in the phone complaining that he thought he only had one install and had three today.We knew they were not being honest and just trying to get out of their commitment for that day. The carpet has a pattern and we had to have them re do it in 2 places. Save yourself some trouble and if they mention home solutions go elsewhere for your carpet!!
