They were super! This is the third time they've worked for us and each time they performed very, very well. They were prompt, worked hard, asked appropriate questions, make good decisions, etc. In short, they helped us accomplish our goals quickly and with no problems. Pricing was also quite good.

After recently dealing with a move through a broker, which was a NIGHTMARE, dealing with *** at Movher, LLC was a dream. *** and the moving team communicated with us every step of the way and there were no surprises. I'd recommend them to family and friends and won't hesitate to call them for any future moves.

So sorry that you were initially dealing with a broker; the sad truth is that there are so many brokers out there who are just trying to give you the cheapest move possible, and then sell it on the market to someone they don't even know to actually do your move. ***! Makes me so angry because it gives our industry such a bad name. We can also help people because we can look up companies to see if they are indeed licensed as a household goods moving company, or if they're licensed as only a broker. BIG DIFFERENCE. Movher has been my first choice for 3 different moving projects over the last decade. When I first hired the company, I was impressed with the clear communication, accuracy of the estimate and overall amazing service. Because of this, I employed Movher for two subsequent projects and recommend them to others. My most recent move experience did not disappoint! The crew was on-time, professional, courteous and efficient. They were flexible when arriving at my new home, when some pieces did not fit where I planned to put them. They are the very best!

I would like to start this review with a glowing review for my two movers ************ These men were prompt in arriving at the pick-up and drop off locations. They were incredibly respectful to me and very cautious to make sure my furnishings were secure for the move across town. When it came time to set up in the new apartment *********** went beyond the call of duty to ensure things were set up in the exact locations and with proper placement. *********** made this transition for my parents moving into ******** @ ********* very smooth. I really appreciated my moving crew and felt very grateful to have had them on my team, in fact *********** are the reason I gave this review the 5 stars! The only difficulty I experienced was with the initial communication with my service representative. Due to poor phone connections I struggled to hear and comprehend her questions and instructions. Gretyl was professional and wanted to insure that my experience was complete and that my needs were met. After getting past the problematic portion of getting set up the MovHer website which lists the inventory for the rooms was straight forward and easy to complete. I 100% would recommend MovHer to anyone who is in need of a move. The price was fair but most of all the movers were fabulous. Great company overall!
