Being that this was my first time shopping for a real, solid, heavy duty safe, I had no idea it would be exhausting. So when I stumbled on ***************************** Store I was floored by what they have to offer. The wide variety of safes and manufacturers on their website made me feel like S&V Store is well aware of the needs of their potential clients. The best part was the descriptive and detailed information along with pictures and videos (of each safe) provided for easy research on my end. I was able to figure out what I wanted to buy and the process was truly simple. They had a sale which helped greatly and offered additional items to company the safe for that ultimate final result.The icing on the cake was their customer service. I had called to inquire about shipping details since this was my first time purchasing something of this grandeur, and I was given all the necessary information I needed to facilitate that shipping. Unfortunately, when my safe arrived there was some damage during the transport. To note, S&V Store gives you detailed information once you make your purchase to inform you on what to do in this type of situation (if it occurs). So, I did my due diligence and took pictures and made the notations on the shipping slip as instructed by S&V Store. Then I reached out via email and interacted with ******************** She went above and beyond and was just amazing to deal with. She got the shipper to credit me for the damage caused AND shipped me the necessary touch up paint from the manufacturer to fix my safe to new condition.To make a long review short, I will 100% be coming back here for my future safe needs, and refer all my friends and family. Safe and Vault Store has a ton of great products to offer each individual and their needs, with discounted pricing, AND amazing customer service there is nothing more to ask for. Great business model in my eyes and ** looking forward to doing more business in the future.

I have been looking at safes for a specific location for about 2 months now. Last night I came across the Safe and Vault Store. Today I called and found ************************* on the other end of the line. Immediately I knew where I would be purchasing my safe. ***** promptly answered every question I asked. She was incredibly professional and today that means everything to me. I told her I would get back to her later in the day. I did just that and ***** picked up right where we left off and I made my purchase. I would like to say thank you again ***** for making me feel like you cared about me and what I was looking for. ***** was a HUGE help with my many questions. She even reached out to the manufacturer to clarify details that were not clear during the ordering options selection process. Looking forward to receiving my new literally "custom" order safe. I got one with a left hand door open option, which is the only way way a safe would work in the space I have available. I was also able to get an antique white finish with black hardware, which should look great as well. Thank you so much ***************************** for this wonderful product with such great fire/safety ratings. 10/10 for the ordering and delivery suggestion company. I'll post another review once the safe arrives and is installed.

Fantastic service and experience purchasing a safe. I had questions about the delivery and ******************* above and beyond to answer all of my questions. My emails were answered promptly and were followed up with a phone call. **************** was 10/10. I couldn't be home for the delivery, and the delivery was made on a very rainy day. Without asking, the delivery service covered the safe so it was dry when I got home.Thank you again for the wonderful service.

Just received the safe yesterday. there is many of damage on the safe. the door can't be opened. The first day, we had to call the warranty service to help us to repair it. Once the guy saw the safe, he asked me if it was new or used. Because there is too much damage on the safe.

Had a great experience with the Safe and Vault Store. My purchase arrived with some cosmetic damage and they did an outstanding job making it right. I just sent them a few pictures of the damage (and the box it was shipped in) and they offered a quick 10% off the purchase price. Fast responses and professional, would highly recommend.
