I paid $30.00 to upgrade my subscript to AlumniClass.com (2109) - **********************************************. I did not want to use a credit card to pay their fee so I sent a personal check. The check (# ****) was cashed but my subscription was not upgraded. They have not responded to several email messages sent to them regarding this matter. I have to conclude that this is not a reputable business.

On September 25, 2024, $30 was charged to our **** account by ******************************************.. It was not the **** card I use for my legitimate "Classmates" account. So, I don't know how they even got that **** card #. The Scam reference # is ***********************. I did call - no answer. I emailed - no response. I want the $30 back and not to ever charge me again.

I logged into my on line banking and saw a 30$ charge from alumni class site in **********. Noticed when doing a search that it is a well known scam that people have repeatedly reported. I called my bank and froze my debit card as it had been compromised. I have not had contact with this site and did not authorize the transaction. I filed a claim and I will likely be reimbursed, but this so called business got the money and there have apparently been no consequences. My question is why are they getting away with this?

Every year for the last 3 or 4 years, around this time, this website has charged me $20 for a membership fee that I definitely did not sign up for. Today, 11/24/23, they tried it again. I have always had to dispute with my bank & get a new card. Luckily, I made sure to have my bank block them completely from accessing my funds after last year's dispute. They didn't get anything this time, but obviously this issue still hasn't been chopped at the root. I have no clue how they got my account information, but I want them to dump and burn it IMMEDIATELY. I'm tired of them doing this and it's a huge security risk. I can't just dump my account altogether, they need to be shut down at this point. Now I have to get on the phone with my bank, yet again, to make the fraud department fully aware of this year's attempt.

date of transaction nov 06 2023. I bought a membership on their website thinking I would be able access old high school photos of me and my friends. At a quick glance the site seemed legitimate. It had some names of people that I went to high school with but it didn't have any pictures. The website also portrayed that they had information on the highschool that I went to and that once I paid I would be able to access school photos. I thought the pictures were hidden until I paid them. Once I paid them they had no information or pictures on the high school that I went to. I used my credit card and now I am worried they will bill me when ever they want to. After 1 minuet of paying the site I noticed the site had 0 pictures/information on the highschool that I went to. Then I immediately locked my credit card and requested and new card so that they could no longer bill me. I'm under the suspicion that this website is some type of scamming website from another country so I quickly reported my credit card as lost so that they can't bill me any further.

I was charged $50 to my credit card on 5/20/23. I never authorized Alumniclass to do so. Never accessed their site or requested services. From BBB website I see this is a prolific scam. Please help to stop this from happening. This is theft.
