    Id had the lower tracks of fusions out when I was in lastly for highlights. I was trying to communicate with ******* about getting the upper tracks out but wanted to see if there was damage before deciding to get more in. She stated we could schedule later on a Sunday when no one was after me? ** asked her on 12 September so text her again on the 20th then again on the 22nd, this is her POOR communication. She finally answered 6 November which was pretty far out seeing I got them in 1 May. I told her I had to make an appointment before then to have them taken out. On 23 September she said let me look? On 26 September I sent her a screenshot of an appointment I found online as if I was scheduling online and sent it to her for 16 October, she then replied weird that shes not available. So she offered that Thursday which I wasnt available then I just said I would take the 6 November because now Im scrambling to find a place to live. She said shed put me on her WAIT list if someone cancels!I ended up going somewhere else yesterday 10-17-22 to have them removed and it was a nightmare, it took over two hours as the stylist stated the glue was an inch and a half past the fusions on my hair. It was very painful, after she got the fushions out she washed my hair and had to spend a ton more time picking the glue out even using oil it was still difficult and very painful. Im confused why the top row was that way when the bottom row was not? I wonder if this isnt why ******* didnt take the top row out when she took the bottom row out? The lady who serviced me has 20 years experience. I sent this same write up to the owner ******* and much to my surprise, she was defensive, none apologetic, none sympathetic?Their website states for consultation and extensions to contact ONLY *******, ******* didnt discuss this it was a last minute decision!
