    I ordered a hat press bundled set and they claim it was delivered to my house. But it wasn't. I have contacted them and the delivery company ***** and opened a claim. The resolution for the claim with FefEx has expired and they're telling me to look for the package. Htvront is telling me the same thing. I do not have the package and ***** didn't take a photo of the image delivered to my address. I am requesting my money back and no longer want to do business with them.

    I have an auto heat press and have been emailing the company that Im having issues! Sent videos of the shaking and noises and they wont do anything to fix it for me! Multiple emails. Its still under year warranty and still wont help!

    I placed an order that stated it was delivered, but I never received it. I reached out to the seller and the shipper several times hoping for a resolution. Fed Ex has advised me to contact the seller and report it missing or lost which have and HTV **** has refuse to do anything. I sent several emails to both seller and shipper.

    Apparently I'm one of many who have been scammed by this company. They have many ads on Meta/Facebook, and I purchased a bundle of items from them through a promotion they paid for and advertised on FB: *********************************************************************************. The promotion was, if you buy one of the bundles through the ad link, you get a free (included in price) cutting machine. They're trying to launch a vinyl cutting machine to compete with Cricut and Silhouette... they use contract manufacturers in ***** to make and third parties to ship their products. They sell heat presses, vinyl, a "cutting" machine, and more. Well, I waited and saved for the order. Placed it, and have been fighting with them for months. At first they were very aggressive and said I ordered using the wrong link (there's only 1 link, the ad!). I replied and cc'd the *** and HQ. **************** replied, apologizing, and confirmed the promotion was valid. Then suggested I try placing a separate order just for the cutting machine (I'd already bought one through their ad and promotion). I opened the heat press (I delayed opening it in case I needed to return it if rumors of fraud were true), to find it was smashed and broken. I sent them videos, pictures, etc... they never sent the cutting machine (it seems a FEW random people who ordered did get it, many commented they did not!), and they offered me a 50% refund but said I could keep the BROKEN machine. REALLY?!? I've been EXTREMELY patient. Now I'm angry. I've filed claims and written them for a return label and a refund, I've been writing them for MONTHS! This is probably the beginning of the end for them... they SHOULD have just fulfilled their orders, made customer complaints right, OR refunded what they couldn't fulfill. They're breaching US laws on false advertising and should be banned. I've been patient enough. I want a refund. (I've saved PDFs, emails, screenshots and videos as a backup.) REFUND. (SEE EMAIL)

    I purchased a ********** from HTVront on 3/23/23. It worked fine up until 2/9/24. I contacted HTVront to see about getting this repaired or replaced because it is still under warranty. ( I also have the extended warranty but they won't repair it because it is still under the manufacturer's warranty) We have been communicating back in forth and they had me try to flip a switch on the machine that didn't work. I haven't received an update or reply to help get this resolved.

    I ordered a highly recommended heat press in August of 2023. I paid $236.79 for an HTVRONT *************** 15x15 ***************** In approximately October 2023, I started having issues with it and there were cold spots. There were areas where the vinyl would not stick to the shirts. I emailed HTVRONT twice through their website, and I haven't heard from them yet. I am very unimpressed with their customer service. Please help me get a refund.

    Purchased htvront auto heat press in July 2023 in November 2023 the heat press started to error out with E1 code and ahutting off first it was 1 time and a few days later it did it 5 times. I have sent 2 emails and sat in online chat for over 30 min begging for someone to answer nobody did. Its not even 5 months old and it will not work properly. I just want it replaced but can get no one to help.

    I placed an order on November 4th order HTVRONT1109163 for about $375 and I have not received it. Ive emailed this company so many times and have yet to get a response. This is very disappointing and unacceptable.

    On August 29th, 2023 I purchased an auto heat press from HTVRONT through Klarna. I have reached out to the company HTVRONT on sept 15th, 2023 as I was pressing a tshirt my press was making clunking noises and the back part of the press had cracked. It took weeks to hear back from them. Then on monday October 9th, I sent them another email and ******** message as the press has stopped functioning all together. The top plate wiggles when pressing and it is not applying adequate pressure to the shirt that I was trying to press. The company suggested I use a pressing cushion which I had already done and then suggested I unplug the machine. I left the machine unpluggef for 3 hours before I attempted to press a shirt again. At this point I don't see any way to fix this press. I have asked the company for a full refund. The company only answers emails at 2am EST time which leaves me now to believe they are not in *****************. There is no phone number to call this company as I have tried. At this point I would just like a full refund and be done with company.
