    We ordered a Couch on 6/3/2024. Received couch on 7/26/2024 with a damaged arm, the delivery person told us we could keep it until we received a new one, we signed a paper stating we wanted a different couch. My wife called ******** and they told us that it did not work that way and that a sub-contractor would come look at it first. Contractor did not show up until October told us they would give us a new arm, we wanted a different couch. New Arm showed up a couple of weeks later contractor showed up to install, it was the wrong arm, he stated he would order another one! here it is the second of December couch still not fixed. Just want it replaced.

    One month after my new recliner was delivered, I noticed the fabric looks like it has stretched, or the backing behind it is bad. Not sure what is causing the problem, I have not been able to talk with anyone from La-z-boy about the problem, I even left my number where they say they will get back within 24 hours. That was three days ago, still no word from them. This morning I tried calling the store on Division where I purchased the chair. Left message to call me, Still have not heard from them. Have owned four sets of La-z-boy recliners. Was always happy with them. Now not happy with the recliner or the company.

    I purchased a lazy boy chair and had it delivered on December 23rd, 2022. The chair has a tear in it and we notified lazy boy and they have not come out to replace the chair. Numerous emails and phone calls only to have them say they'll repair it. I purchased a new chair for my husband's Christmas present and expect a product that's not damage. The person helping us is not getting cooperation from the corporate people. We so want your help
