            Dear BBB,

im not sure who is reporting these false accusations but none of what I read in the report is true? What would you recommend we do to resolve this? My wife and I work hard everyday and do our very best on all our businesses. I am appalled by these false accusations and would like to resolve this however possible.

            thank you,

            *****

The owners of the building are letting their dogs defecate on the 3rd floor balcony. The excrement is falling down right in front of the door the employees walk in. Its a health hazard. Weve asked them to stop, but its been going on all month.
