    I would not give them a 1. In Feb. 2024 I took my X5 in because the drive train icon went on. I waited 5 hours and they told me I needed anew engine because I went 750 miles over two services ago. I got a second opinion and they said it was the coils and spark plugs. They have changed service managers 3 times in the past year. I love the *** but after 15 years of driving one I wont buy another.

    This business would not even get one star from me. On 10/17/2023, I had sold them my *** that I had purchased from them. I owed a little bit more on my loan than what they offered and I paid the difference. At the time of this posting (11/3/2023) they have not submitted payment of $21,000 to my bank. They sold the car that they did not even have the title to because my bank still holds it. Meanwhile, I have to continue to make payments on a car that someone else owns. I have tried calling multiple times to get the issue resolved. Nothing. No phone call back after countless voicemails and attempts for contact. BMW of Spokane is by far the absolute worst dealership experience I have ever had. Stay away if you are trying to sell them a car.

    They took $2098 over a service back in July 2023 that they didnt perform and up to this day I havent got a refund. Its impossible to talk to someone who can take care of this on the phone. They always send you to voicemail. This is called theft.

    ******* in the service department is perverted, unprofessional and disgust***. On several different occasions he was loudly mak*** the most vile and graphic sexual Jokes about homosexuality and women. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. He even had the lack of care to do this in front of my children. His jokes to his coworkers were in such bad taste that even his colleagues (who were all men) looked uncomfortable. His behavior is borderline sexual harassment and Im astonished they hired such a person. Not only that, his work is slowly and I did not find him to be knowledgeable extensively in what I needed. The feel I got from him was he was just bs-*** his way through th***s. His nasty commentary is the reason I will never be back. Not only that, the service manager **** decided to block my reviews from ******* prevent*** other women from be*** warned about this. That is frankly just dishonest business practice and it is obviously the reason that they have only good reviews on ******* They blocked both my ****** reviews. Absolutely unheard of. Stay away from this place and if youre stuck under warranty and have to go there, br*** your husband so that ******* doesnt get off on tell*** rancid jokes in front of you and your children. And dont leave an honest review on ****** if its anyth*** but 5 stars, the managers there will block it so they look better than they are. Shadiest car lot in town

    If I could have given zero stars I would have.After multiple attempts on no resolution.We recently purchased a 2022 X3 from *** Spokane and with the recent snow I had a question about the tires and their performance in the Inland NW Climate/Snow. I noticed some slipping and wanted to confirm the tire type. **** confirmed they are ************************ and not good in the snow or to be used under 45 degrees. My issue is that in looking at the X3 we clearly communicated to **** our needs in regards to winter performance; good in the snow, AWD, appropriate tire for the Inland NW, etc... A basic all-around good car for our needs that would do well in the Inland NW climate. (We previously had an Acura MDX and wanted something similar to it, just a little smaller.)Ultimately the car we were sold came with Summer *********** tires. In talking to ********** felt it was a bit of a Bait and Switch as we clearly communicated our needs for AWD and Winter performance but the car he sold us, and that we test drove, had Summer *********** tires, I trusted **** but in hindsight shouldn't have, the message from **** was "Don't trust" and the buyer should have inspected everything. ******* learned on my part, I thought buying from a reputable dealer would have made a detailed inspection un-necessary, but I guess I was wrong.)Your website says, "To prove we always put our customers needs first, our most recent accolade was in being recognized as a Top Rated Dealer 2020 by CarGurus.". Huh???So, now I'm stuck with a new car with poor winter performance, even though this was communicated as a core need and I've got ***** miles on a tire that doesn't meet my needs.Disappointed, and buyer beware!*****************

    At 86 years of age I have owned my share of automobiles: Audi, Porsche and **** I bought my first *** from this dealer in 2013 and returned it because its features were misrepresented. I recently ordered a taillight replacement for my current **** I was to be called when the piece arrived and I was never called. When I-finally reached the person in the parts department after leaving several voice mails, he advised that the part was present and tried to switch me over to the service ***** to schedule a time for the service. He was unable to do so. I called back and reached a person in service who from his voice sounded intoxicated. He was unable to tell me either the time involved in the replacement or the cost. When I told him that the parts person said, It will take about an hour at the most, this person said, He doesnt know what he is talking about. I shall pick up the part and have it replaced elsewhere. I am placing this 2022 *** X5 up for sale.
