    *******************************, Daisy **** Pet Transport, was contracted on 12/15/22 to arrange for the pickup and transportation of a collie puppy from ******* airport with delivery to ******* **********. Payment of $680 was agreed upon and immediately sent/received on 12/18/22.The collie is being flown in from ******** and due to flight and weather issues it became impossible to transport the collie to *******. (The collie is being flown via private nanny directly to *******) ******************************* was informed of the change of plans on 12/20/22, well in advance of the planned transport of 12/27/22. She initially stated she would apply the fee towards a future transport but I do not anticipate needing her services. I requested a refund but she stated she would give $400 due to the time she spent making arrangements (There was a *** of 1-hour time involved). We did not have a written contract and there was not a prior agreement for cancellation. I told ********** expected $500 back by COB today otherwise the full $680 needed to be returned. There was no transaction, she did not perform any services.

    As far as I know, this issue has been resolved. The attached emails will show the exact timeline of our conversations. A future credit on services was agreed upon by ****** on 12/20/22, ONLY a credit on the future transport for her Collie. The actual request to remove me completely from the job and ask me for her money back was on 12/23/22, 3 days before I was originally due to leave on the original job. I would have been driving to ******* for her on the 26th. I gave her a refund of $400 out of $680 on 12/30/22. It was the first refund I had ever been asked to give and I didnt want my first angry customer. She only gave me 5 hours on the 30th to do the refund but I was on another transport and didnt check my email until much later in the day as I was driving. She had already made this complaint. She told me on 12/31/22 that she would let BBB know that this issue has been resolved.
