The team did a great job on my bathrooms and were engaging and professional.

Despite some challenges dealing with the insurance adjuster, Matt is always quick to respond and address any concerns. The work, when he was able to complete it despite the insurance issues, was well done. I would 100% have him out to complete any future projects.

Project completed in a timely manner. Quote was reasonable. Quality of work was very good. Communication was excellent.

We needed flooring and drywall fixes after some water damage. He was quick to come out for a quote which he stated would cost 250 if we ended up not using him. He worked with our insurance and us to get our house back in order. Once the insurance issues were resolved, he and his team were on site quickly to finish the work needed. He even did small extra work to make sure the finished product looked good. All in all a great experience.

Quality Rebuild was recommended by the company that came and did all the drying and tear out from our leak. ******* was positive and sent me copies of the bids along the way which I okayed. I have been in the construction industry so understand the process takes time. I had them do the ceiling of my sons bedroom first since closing that in would get him back in his bedroom. Muddling and taping was well done. They ran air scrubbers and sealed the room so we had very little dust. They came in and textured and painted and the room turned out nice. In the meantime my kitchen had to have the counters and tile torn out because they were granite and the guys from the countertop company broke the top. (Which was kind of expected) We did wait for the countertop company to come back and reset the new tops , but that is to be expected with subs. Had to have a new cupboard built and it was set before the counters came in. Then the next workday the tile guy came in and set our tile and replaced our wood flooring. The plumber came and reset the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and faucet. This was the little glitch in the job because we had leaks. They were back 3 times and when I told them my husband had been a journeyman plumber for many years and would never have let the drain system pass they finally replaced it all. Not Matts fault. Overall the project took the amount of time I expected and I have been very pleased with the results. I would recommend Quality Rebuild and Restoration to others.

I was very happy with all the work and open communication. Very easy to work with and kept me updated thru the whole process., Highly recommend and will have them do more work for me.

After talking to Mathew about the first review, he showed me without a doubt it was lies. He did explain to me about the $250 charge for Writing the estimate, I was a little concerned, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt he did not let me down. His communication was awesome. Anytime I called. He got back to me right away. He answered any Questions I had he did an awesome job. With communication the job did take a few days longer than expected, but overall a five star review highly recommended

WOW ****** ****** what can I say? You came out and said you were submitting your bid to my insurance and when I asked you about the previous review you had all kind of answers so I decided against my better judgement to go ahead and go with you because I know one review can be bad wellit was right on target! You asked first question was this an insurance claim then when I decided not to go with you you said you were charging me $250 for the estimate explaining in detail that you have to pay for software to connect to the insurance etc etc etc etc etc. I told you were not in contract and I wont pay. You then said you were submitting the estimate to my insurance and that never happened so yeah, youre a shady shady business man and I would even go as far to say you take advantage of seniors and I fully understand the other comment below now. Buyer beware as this is a new company and even though he says h*** provide 100s of great references theyll never come! Please do your research folks and shop shop around please! Never ever go with anyone you doubt in the least bit because you will regret it!

This company is not an honest company. He will give you pricing based on what an insurance company is willing to pay out. He came in and started our job (started late) he had our 50% deposit of ******* and in over two weeks time he had only completed a drywall and mud of 2.5 feet area of a bathroom and one wall of a living area. He kept saying "you cant rush drywall" he would add more mud and leave for the day. After 15 days (the job was suppose to be complete) there is STILL only drywall on the wall. We fired him and asked for a refund of the work that was not performed. He did not refund any money from this project. He stated that we owed him (contract signed) for 10% project estimate total and overhead. His charges were UNREAL. His son jackhammered up our concrete floor to the point that he used a bag of quickkrete to fill it in. The job looks worse off than when he started. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Do your research (we did not) we just trusted him and we got ripped off!!!! He is not an honest business man. He is in it for the insurance settlement money.
